That's cool, GG 🔥🔥
Wow! Such an impressive game you've got here, with a lot of cool mechanics and some real complexity! I only wish I had a brain slug on my head with a pro stealth 'em up fan controlling the other end. I really suck at this! But it's okay, I get to enjoy the sweet death animation, which is probably more than I deserve for my severe lack of skills. Maybe gets a little too hard too fast, but it's still a very impressive game you've got here and I'd love to see more of it in the future.
Nice art! Felt like the jump could have used more weight, and the camera could use some smoothing (too locked on to the player). Nice work.
Nice pixel art and animation, good mechanic with the slug brain and a lot of content. Found it hard to start with, so would probably recommend making the first few uses for the slug obvious. Well done!
Interesting concept, I actually enjoyed the stealth element but it was very difficult haha. Good work!
Goa'uld invasion?
Was softlocked here because the slug disappeared off the guard. Will try it again later!
Okay, jumping while throwing helps. It is tricky with the timing, but a fun when you know how it works. Graphics are cool, the concept is very nice.
It's really impressive that you did this with all your own assets. I liked that you included the crawl, most game don't have a down feature it that way so that was a cool distinct feature.
The game seems like it has a lot of potential. I love the sounds, the stealth element. I was able to get a slug on one of the guards head but my guy still moved while I was controlling the guard which made it pretty hard.
that looks so promising. the graphics remind of of old commander keen games which I loved as a kid. brain slugs sounds like a blast, but I simply could not figure out how to put them into the guards - even after reading about the controls twice.
me too, I would love to play it it looks fun and the narrative is promising, but I just throw it and it sits there :(
They attach to the head, I might put up a video. Seems I didn't do so well with gameplay on this one.
