Fan of this game, it feels polished and also fun!

I enjoyed this a lot. The ship felt a bit sluggish though. I really want to upgrade the thrust speed and turning speed by the end. First run i got stuck on a small asteroid which I couldn't see behind the swarm and died. Second run I finished the game but cheesed it a bit. Farmed upgrades in the early levels and attached them all rear facing and just ran from everything, did the trick.

Hey, thanks for the comments and feedback. There was a lot we left on the cutting room floor in order to get a nicely polished game up in time for the jam and ship upgrades was definitely on that list.

I've seen and gotten stuck on some of those small asteroids. We might have to make those a bit bigger.

The strategy of loading up the rear early and running away definitely seems to be the preferred one according to the feedback. We hope to improve the enemy movement system (or at least randomize it a bit) so they aren't as easy to thwart in such a fashion and add a bit more challenge to the game.

Argh, I made it to the Scurge Queen with only 10% life and then got wiped out :p
I absolutely love this game, it had me hooked straight away. I love the weapon upgrade mechanic which allows the player full control of the strategic placement for the next upgrade, very cool indeed! I will definitely be playing this later but an easy 5 stars from me man! :)

Really enjoyed playing this and it was great transforming my ship into a pile of weapons! The art style and music were both good too and felt well aligned with the game.
The rotation of the ship felt a little slow, especially at the beginning with just one weapon on the front. Rather than changing it directly though, maybe an engine upgrade as well as weapons could be a nice option for extra customization.

So glad you enjoyed this and thanks for the feedback and suggestion!
