This one stands out visually almost immediately. The art direction and presentation feel really polished for a jam game, and the atmosphere helps pull you into the experience fast. The gameplay is simple to understand but still engaging enough to keep playing, which is honestly one of the hardest things to get right in a short jam.

Thank you so much for the kind words, this means a lot! I was very surprised by the success of this bite sized game, I plan on releasing more.

I like the concept, but some options are not “easy to understand”.

I finished clicking at random to create connections and upgrading without knowing what I was getting.

Maybe some tooltip and some descriptions (like the cost of connections and the ugrades effects) wuold enhance the run!

Developer

Hi, that's really helpful, there is a tutorial in the first level that contains some of that information but I could definitely make it stand out more. Thank you so much for your feedback and taking the time to play the game!

Could definitely use some "Click to proceed" style of tutorial, tooltips, and UI fixes for overlaps and spacing.
Was confused as to why it connected sometimes, and not others, and the auto-powers not autoing!

But overall, I see the vision and it's nice! :V

Developer

Thank you so much for playing the game and the very valuable feedback, I'll definitely add click to proceed for the tutorial since I've had multiple replies saying the tutorial is too fast paced, really glad you had fun.

Very interesting game. I wasn't sure why I couldn't connect multiple nodes after like 2 or 3 connections to my HQ. I felt like I needed to be guided just a bit more at the beginning in the tutorial. Overall amazing work for 1 person. The graphics were great, fit the theme of the game quite nicely. Well done.

Developer

Thank you so much for the kind words and feedback, the number of nodes is bound by the total compute available which is in the top left corner, I could definitely make this more visible by having it flash red when a connection is attempted and there is not enough compute so you get visual feedback. Really glad you enjoyed the game!

good game but would have liked a fullscreen option as the itch ui often interferes with gameplay

Developer

Thank you so much for playing the game, fullscreen option coming with the next update, stay tuned! Really appreciate all of the feedback I've received, so many tiny updates coming soon, hope you'll play again.

Unable to play in firefox even after enabling webgpu. game freezes at level selectimage.png

Developer

I've had time to look into this and I think it's due to the difference between default gpu limits on firefox and chrome, I'll keep you posted on the fix.
