Very good management game, i like the balance of options, nice random events, and very solid artstyle!!! Well done

I really liked this. It was a cool balance managing resources and I appreciate how now every turn you have to read a bunch of text and make a decision. Sometimes my resources dwindle rapidly and sometimes they expand rapidly and while I'm sure there is a reason behind it, I don't quite understand it. I'm 90% sure it has something to do with the previous decisions I have made. If that is the reason, maybe a UI thing you could hover over and it would say what your troops are doing which would explain stuff like that would be cool? Still really cool concept and it felt very solid and polished through my whole playthrough. Nice stuff!

Made it through 49 turns! It seems like the liberationists get quite hasty at some point, but who knows. Honestly love the concept, dark humor, and the glaze for Oppressia.  Maybe some sound effects that tie to the text and some more imagery would add to the entertainment and attention-keep of the game. I'm happy to read, but some people might not be. Otherwise, super cool game and the music is so fitting! Well done. P.S. there is certainly humor, but it would be hilarious to add some small, rare bits of text saying things like "you beat your right hand man into submission, + 5 money". I might be laughing at bad things tho lol...

Very nice!!

The only negative thing I can say is that, while the Constructivist poster-inspired visuals work well for the art style, the thin font used for the text makes it a little tiring to read after a while.
I also had to zoom out in my browser to read everything properly.

The dark humor is funny, and also the strategic options. I have 3 suggestions to improve the game playability 1) a mute button. Music is cool but after a while distracting 2) The option to go fullscreen 3) Related to point 2, my screen was extremely crammed and had some difficult reading.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! I've taken note of these and will update the game accordingly.

This was cool (and quite tough) as someone else said I really like the random events. I did not take enough notice of my dwindling resources on my first attempt and was just blindly increasing loyalty. This did not go well.

My interface was unfortunately very squished, which made it a little overwhelming to look at. I was looking for a full screen button but couldn't see one in Firefox or chrome, but the screenshots of the UI look really nice so I have rated based on those for presentation.

Developer

Thank you for playing! Sorry about the squished UI, I'm updating the game to fix that.

Nice entry. It's a very cool take on the genre as well. Gives some Tropico vibes but keeps it dark. I like the random events that kinda force you to change strats. Also the UI is clean and consistent. I really like it. Hail Opressia 🫡Lol
