A very good game, well-presented, though i feel kinda dumb since a lot of things are a bit counter-intuitive but that's my issue i guess.

Unfortunately, I didn't have that much time to play this game. It does seem like a longer type of game. I got 67 behind the bookshelves, but got stuck there.

The mechanics are genius! Super creative game, and the puzzles are very promising.  Having the other character follow you around is an interesting choice.

The escape menu doesn't seem to scale with resolution. The camera can glitch through walls, so you can see the other side. The character that is following you does seem to walk through objects. The "jumpscares" or whatever you wanna call the black guy could get worked on. When I tried to interact with objects, I instead chatted with the other character. This means multiple things. The text is wrong. The character follows too closely, and an easier way to exit the chat would be good. There were also massive lighting bugs as triangles of darkness and light covering the walls.

7.6/10, I would have loved to have more time to play this game.

The artistic direction is great and switching the characters with different strength and weaknesses was really cool, reminded me of the game 'Obscure'. I enjoyed how the dynamic and story between the characters played out. I don't want to spoil anything, but the story started to unfold layer after layer and the gym scene definitely gripped me.

The biggest flaw of the game would probably be the controls. The camera being sluggish doesn't add to the experience and I guess you used some kind of circle collider or distance measure for interaction? I think giving the player precise control is crucial, because the main game mechanic is finding stuff. Some kind of raycast or cylinder collider aligned with the camera view would fix the issue.

Some small caveat: I really liked the dialogue box. Easy to interact, animated words and there were even subtle timing adjustment during the typing when a dot was typed which improved reading quite a bit.

Great work you all =)

The visuals look great.  The game was very dark by default.

The UI doesn't match the aesthetic.  It's too clean.  I get wanting the UI to be clear, but maybe consider a font more consistent with the rest of the game.

The camera clips through doors and walls.

The partner AI sticks too close to the player and they kept clipping into obstacles.

Maybe make talk and interact separate keys, so players don't accidentally keep entering into talk mode.

I really liked the character switching mechanic and how interactions changed based on which character was selected.

The ending definitely satisfied the sub theme and was well done.  All in all a really good game.

This game was awesome! I gave you high ratings! I love the atmosphere and the characters were interesting! Switching back and forth between characters and having each person have their strengths and weaknesses is such a cool mechanic! I did struggle a bit with the safe puzzle and I had issues selecting certain objects but other than that, this game is really cool!

A game with a great aesthetic and atmosphere. I really like the environment and player models. The beginning reminded me of the game "The Tartarus Key".

Two things that made the game more cumbersome to play were the floaty camera and  the interaction system. Many times you falsely interacted with your partner, because they were too close to you. Also it can be quite difficult to pick what you want to interact with. Without a video of someone else playing it would have been really hard to complete.

I love the style of this game, i also liked how the camera moves even when you don't move your mouse, overall a really good game

Full disclosure: I helped co-develop this game so I have full knowledge and understanding of how the game works and what you're supposed to do.

That said, I still legitimately think the game is very fun with an interesting story that builds up over time and cool mechanics involving the two characters the player can control to solve puzzles with different interactable objects per character while navigating a creepy environment.

I share my full playthrough and dev commentary in this video, hopefully it helps provide some insight for both some of the development as well as how the game is meant to be completed!

I am the most unobservant non-puzzle solver of real horror that has ever been brought into the world.

So I didn't figure out the electronic lock thing even.

I also am pretty sure you did an awesome job.

Gave this high marks, and you an itch follow.

If you like the thing(s) on my other page(s), consider doing the same.

Cheers!
