Ok, I downloaded the game on my Android and extracted it and now I can't seem to find the game to start it.

There doesn't seem to be an APK. Just a .EXE.
The file you're showing me is the executable version (.exe file) - it's the pc version.If you're emulating pc environment on android, you should download the PC version instead of the android one (.zip) and unpack it.
