Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking at the Optoma UHZ58LV 4K Dual Laser Projector and was wondering if anyone here has experience with it or with similar Optoma models.

From what I've seen, it offers:

  • True 4K UHD resolution (3840 × 2160)
  • Dual laser technology with up to 30,000 hours of lifespan
  • 3,000 ISO lumens brightness
  • 95% DCI-P3 color coverage
  • HDR10+ support
  • Up to 240Hz refresh rate at 1080p
  • Very low 8.5ms input lag for gaming
  • HDMI 2.1 and eARC connectivity
  • Screen sizes up to 320 inches

It seems like a great option for people who enjoy both movies and gaming. The combination of 4K resolution, HDR support, and fast response times makes it look promising for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC gaming, while the dual-laser system should provide vibrant colors and long-term reliability.

I'm especially interested in:

  • Picture quality in dark scenes
  • Gaming performance and input lag
  • Fan noise levels
  • Reliability over long-term use
  • How it compares with BenQ or Epson projectors

For anyone interested, here are the full specifications and details:

Has anyone here used the Optoma UHZ58LV or another Optoma projectors? I'd love to hear your thoughts and recommendations!
