Hey! What's up? I'm Lourdes, a translation student from Argentina working with indie game developers in UX QA, English↔Spanish localization, and game writing.
How can I help you with your project?
UX-focused QA — my most requested service
I play your game with a critical eye and look for:
- Confusing or missing onboarding
- Unclear instructions and tutorials
- Contradictory information
- UX pain points for first-time players
- UI issues and other problems that can get in the player's way
My reports include clear findings, reproduction steps when applicable, impact/severity, and actionable feedback.
Currently accepting requests for Vertical Slice and Demo Reviews!
English ↔ Spanish Localization and LQA
I help make your game feel natural and accessible to Latin American Spanish-speaking players, whether you're:
- Localizing a new project from scratch
- Reviewing an existing Spanish translation
- Preparing a demo or release candidate
I can review naturalness, consistency, terminology, tone, and text/UI issues such as overflow and truncation.
Game Writing
Need help turning an idea into actual game dialogue or narrative text? I also offer game writing commissions, from character dialogue to narrative scenes and other written content.
Proofreading and Editing
I can also help polish your game's English so it reads naturally and consistently while preserving your intended meaning, tone, and voice

Not sure if my work is a good fit for your project?
I offer one free sample per developer, subject to availability:
• UX QA: 15 minutes of testing + brief feedback
• Writing: up to 1,500 words
• Localization: up to 1,500 words
These samples are meant to give you a small demonstration of my work and don't guarantee availability for further commissions. I currently focus on projects created by credited human writers and artists.
Interested in working together?
I currently offer paid commission services through Ko-fi and VGen, while I also work on a volunteer basis with small games, demos, alphas, and student projects. The main difference between paid and volunteer work is turnaround time — I put the same amount of care and effort into every project I take on.
Work on commercial projects is offered on a paid basis. Volunteer services are reserved for non-commercial, hobbyist, educational, or game jam projects. Commercial status is determined by the project's intended use, not by whether it is currently generating revenue.
You can tell me about your project through this form, or contact me via Discord or email. I'd love to hear about your game! ✨
