TRUELY I AM BLESSED TO BE IN HELL's itch.io page

Which type(s) of noise did you use across your submission?
= Text distortion.
= Convoluted control scheme that made my wrist hurt while play testing.
= The level is shaped by a cellular automaton which you must pray to when it obstructs your path.
= Background music is just some noise wave form.
= Tile set constantly shifts.
= Pixel art is scaled up with a linear filter making it all fuzzy.
= Tile set is a photo of beef that I crunched up.
= Unreliable narrator.
= Typos and oddly structured sentences (I wanted to do garden paths but those are shockingly hard).
= The praying action has some fun visual artifacts since I don't clear the canvas I'm drawing to. I also use a pico-8 trick for incrementally clearing the screen leaving behind ghosting.

Did you use the optional theme of ANGELS & FATES? If so, how?
The character is an angel on a holy mission set in hell.

I love how disorienting this feels to play. There's something so wrong about using ; and ' as inputs.
