This game is so sweet! Love making up the bouquets and seeing the characters bond ^w^ Love the art style and the collage-style vibes

This was a great interpretation of the theme and a sweet story! Love the collage art style!

really sweet! was fun watching these two grow into each other. making the bouquets was also very neat, i might be terrible at picking centerpieces though ;-;

Yippee thanks for playing!! I’m glad you enjoyed the story (it was very fun to write some wholesome character growth) and the bouquet mechanic. Picking the specialty flowers is definitely quite tricky (we were researching a lot of flower meanings ourselves), hopefully the flower facts were enjoyable if a lil confusing ahaha

Like the other person mentioned in a previous comment, I often felt like none of my choices were the correct ones but that's mostly because I'm terrible at noticing small details. Even so, I found the experience of putting together flower bouquets surprisingly enjoyable. The art style is also beautifully integrated it feels like stepping into a comic book, yet it never takes away from the game's essence. Instead, it adds a lot of personality and charm to the overall experience

Aww thank you for enjoying our art style and game! We kept the bouquet making quite simple due to time so as it is it’s definitely “only one right match per scenario” and the nuances of flower choices are definitely not common knowledge (we were researching them a lot as well). Hope you picked up some new flower facts! Thanks for playing!!

A really sweet game and a nice story , great choosing for audio and art. The Collage stil matches really well and the hints in the scenarios and flowers are great placed. I liked it.

Thank you!! I’m really glad you enjoyed the game and it left you smiling - that was our goal! ^^

Very sweet little game! Rooting for Lily and Dahlia! Do the flowers dahlia and lily have specific meanings you were inspired by when creating your characters?

I love the collage style, especially Dahlia’s little post-it dialogue box! I liked getting to see the meanings of the flowers and plants as well. Would love to know more about Lily’s magic!

The game reminded me a bit of the music video for this song I really like (Water the Roses ft. GUMI by FLAVOR FOLEY) though it has the opposite tone to your game (doomed yuri vs your bloomed yuri).

Thank you for playing, I’m glad you enjoyed the style!! It was really fun to put together and research flowers. Lily was supposed to regain her enchanting abilities for each special flower after each event, but we didn’t get the time to implement that unfortunately!

For Lily’s name - it was the general connections to life and rebirth, new beginnings, that led us to choose it for our MC. For our story we wanted to show someone exploring a new side of themselves, and awakening that awareness and ability.

For Dahlia - the flower is bright and bold, and from our notes is literally “spiky” and “thrive in late summer” - so with summer as our setting it fit Dahlia since she’s someone very assertive and comfortable in her identity.

Water the Roses is such a cool MV and song, thank you for sharing! It’s crazy that the collage style is so similar and it was a great listen. I also love your doomed vs bloomed yuri comparison - so much so that I’m stealing it for our game’s tagline - I hope you don’t mind? Thanks for playing ^w^/

Thanks for sharing all of these details! Love hearing about the origin behind Lily’s and Dahlia’s names.

I stole bloomed yuri from the YouTube comments anyway haha.

She doesn’t like anything I do >:( hahahaha

Oop each special flower does match each scenario so it’s very text based! You get freedom with the fillers. We tried to give hints via the tool tips but maybe they were too subtle… Hope you enjoyed anyway! ^^”
