I'm gonna be real with this one, I don't think I liked it too much. It was rough for me. Much like Cabesita said, the mouse aiming can get a little funky and not be all that responsive, so when I'm trying to switch between aiming left and right to get the turrets in one room, it was clunky and made it kinda frustrating as I just took pot shot after pot shot while being stuck in the air with nowhere really to go. Enemies are also rough in that they move fairly fast and can blindside you a bit as they blend in with the background and don't stand out too much sometimes. There were also a few that jumped me from off screen, catching me off guard with little time to react given that I couldn't really see them until it was too late.

But my biggest gripe is that everything is so long. Rooms stretch on and can sometime be really really tall. There were rooms where I went through 4 bars of the jetpack just to reach the top, having to wait about 10 seconds each time for it to refill between jumps before continuing my slow ascent. And there are rooms where I'm just.. running with nothing new to see or do for like 30 seconds until I reach the next long room or have an enemy jump me while I'm slightly checked out from waiting so long. Everything just feels slow and like it drags because everything is so big and empty. I eventually reached a point where I needed to slide to progress, but I didn't have that power-up or was potentially restricted from low oxygen as it took a while to get to that point. And honestly... I just stopped. If there was a power up, I did not want to go find it as I didn't know how far away it'd be, and the thought of trekking back through the long rooms to get a power-up to then trek all the way back to that point all while my oxygen is depleting and making me slower which then makes the journey even longer was just not appealing to me. I think if the rooms were halved, or even quartered in places, I'd be vastly more forgiving towards this project, but right now... I'm sorry, this ain't for me. It's rough.

I still wanna give props to making something for the jam, it's always good to see a game get pushed and committed to for the sake of making something. I hope my negativity isn't too harsh, I tried to make sure I wasn't just being rude. I still appreciate the time and effort you put in to making this despite my gripes with it. Good work on making a game. It ain't easy, that's for sure.

Oh! Thank you so much for taking the time to voice your gripes  with the current version! The mouse aiming is the way it is because it's animation-driven - unfortunately I didn't have the time to finish the Multi-Aim constraint one, and yeah - the level design is the weakest part of the process. But this is perfect. I know what to fix moving forward. Thank you again!
