There is a single account that, for the past few months has been mass 1* reviewing games that they have openly admitted to never playing, and just leaving comments insulting the creators, some of which are quite offensive. I have reported it, but after months they are still active and doing the same thing. 

Is there any other way to report accounts that do this? Because I can't understand how this has been allowed to continue after so long. I've spoken to 8 other game developers that I know and they have ALL had the same thing from this same user, all said they have reported them too, but nothing has changed.
