How did you implement the Theme: Death Game in your game?
It's a twisted and deadly version of a popular and nostalgic game show run by a depraved mind
Did you implement any of the Bonus Challenges, and if so, which ones?
The game master. Technically, there are also kind of deadly traps in the game.
Does your game contain AI-generated assets?

The sound seems laggy. Maybe a bit too difficult. Being able to exit out of the solve would be sweet. I think more mechanics would be genius, like power-ups, maybe some buckshot roulette thing.
7.5/10, I'm bad with words.
I like the idea but presentation needs work.
The actual game idea is solid and it works but needs additional bonuses or something to help with the point gap. The point total sometimes is too high to reach in 5 rounds and needs balancing. There should be more bonuses, the adrenaline stuff only appears randomly and there isn't a lot to get excited with gameplay wise. While the original Wheel of Fortune is kinda slow paced, I think Ring of Risk should be faster paced and really feel like you are risking it all.
The game screen tries to encompass all the elements. While the board is the most important, having the wheel (the ring of risk) off to the side and obscured doesn't look good. You can't see part of what's being spun as well the wheel itself should be a bit more than just red and orange. I think like WoF it should camera focus to the wheel while spinning.
The hostess just cycling through random animations, including karate chops is goofy and doesn't add to the atmosphere, which there isn't much. I thought when you lose she would kill you but you just get shocked. I think being shocked should be a consequence of getting something wrong.
there's no music other than the title screen, this might be a bug, But music would help the tension.
Who doesn't love Wheel of Fortune? It's a classic game on every grandparent's TV in the background of family gatherings. I love the low-poly PSX aesthetic combined with a different take on a classic game-show puzzle game, and the solutions being related to horror stories. It wasn't exactly scary, some music might have helped it a bit further, but it looked and played pretty well for what it is. There could be more of a challenge like having not as many free spins in order to feel more threatened for the deadly traps, but even when I encountered one, I only really felt confused as to what it did to me or what the threat actually was. Even still, had fun playing horror-themed WoF. 10/10
Fun game! I loved the look and feel and artstyle of the game, I just love that grungy, crunchy look of ps1 era games. Gameplay was fun too! Well done :)
Nice work! The design is really coherent and all in all it gives a great base for a fleshed out game. It feels a bit slow tho, I think when you let the player make decisions a bit faster and increase the pressure, it could go well with the theme and overall design. Keep up the good work :)
It's a clever idea! I like the integration of the death game theme by combining it with something most people have some semblance of familiarity with. It's nice that the game is functional and able to be played, but now that the base works, it would be nice to see it fleshed out a bit more. The game doesn't have much charm or personality right now - there's no story, the Vanessa White stand in doesn't react to anything, just cycles through what I think are fortnite dances, and there's very little sound direction.
I think with a little spit and polish, the game could be really cool!
Thank you for the great feedback. It's really helpful. I agree with what you say. I was just playing Buckshot Roulette and even the little story and interactions in it give it so much charm. Sometimes, it's so easy to focus so much on getting the technicals and mechanics right that you neglect the narrative and direction.
