Just tried out your game. This reminds me of that older game with ants.
It does look little silly that castles are floating in air. I think description font was really small, you could make it bigger. Having to hold cards to select multiple cards for discarding was bit akward. I think it could be better if there was separate button for playing/discarding.
Exactly! that was the first game, it was actually called "antz" i think, then another guy made a castle version in flash and now i've remade it again but in html/js.
As for floating issue, yeah... I don't like that either but it's easier for having it on all platforms, phones, desktops, etc. I'll try to make some land line for where the castles should be and play with background a bit.
Having to hold for selecting is just one way to select, you can also swipe up (if on phone/tablet) or click on the icon in the top right.
