Tunnel opposite bins, there's an invisible ramp to the nearby canopy then use the brown part of the building and jump from that across/in front of the tunnel to the white bit sticking out of the other building then just hug that until you're on the wall of the other tunnel where you need to jump again and to hug that, then the dildos just above the shop near the windows on the 2nd floor
