Great effort, I liked the variety of different game modes and level concept, and the music and voice acting was very charming.

The first crab level is much harder than it needs to be because you can't see the crab with the camera focused above the player like that, adjusting the camera to keep the crabs in frame would make the level a lot fairer. I was stuck on the second crab level for several minutes because I didn't know I could sprint :'( Please add sprint to the controls list on the game page.

After the room with the birds, the game showed me a white screen with very faint lines, I can't make out the picture and don't know what to do from there.

Developer

Thanks for playing, now about what appears after the white screen that's the true ending, which shows you a house which is the protagonist's home, I don't why it didn't show clearly to you, but it means you beat the game 🎉 and got the true ending, congrats.

Also, thanks for telling me about adding the sprint button in the controls list, I don't normally forget that.

Very nice job with it! I struggled a bit on the second crab section, but the movement was very smooth and worked well!

Developer(+1)

Thanks so much for your feedback, glad you thought the movement was smooth.

Also, the second crab section was actually designed for the player to be a bit concentrated while playing through it to reach the end. So it kinda worked as intended 😂.

And if you're interested in playing another platformer check out: Floating Flow (one of my other projects).

Nice effort on this hand-drawn game! It would feel even better to play if a double-jump mechanic was added to give the player more mobility.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, now that mentioned it, it would make for more compelling platforming.

Maybe in the next game I'll add a double-jump, and that game might coming soon :)

And one more thing, thank you so much for the feedback, it really means a lot.
