It's Rampage with rogue-like elements! I thought the upgrading was fun, I felt I couldn't click the mouse fast enough to beat the timer without the cursor drifting away from the hitbox; maybe with keys it would've been more precise? Graphics were fun, especially your illustration on your marketing page; nice job!
Pretty good game, I enjoyed playing it.
I found quite hard to deal between the health mutation and the shell protection. As health decrease with time, I ended up leaving the defense mutation to the side and maximazing the health mutation, using only the shell protection as a defense. I'm know asking myself if the opposite is also possible
Loved the 9999 upgrade !
it's a cool idea! I liked the gameplay, it's engaging. The art is very good, but it's clear that the city is less detailed than the laboratory. For some reason, not all the gold is collected, and most of it is on the floor and cannot be picked up
By far the best power fantasy fulfillment game I've played this game jam. The comments I would have the first 5 minutes of playing vs the last 5 are night and day. I changed my mind on not liking to really liking the button mashy aspect of the level up. I thought maybe the "defend" should push you forward, but as I upgraded it I really enjoyed how it felt!
Shout out to the last upgrade, insanely fun. I had a blast with this, great job!
I must say. The concept of this game is super cool. I dont think I've ever played a game with a clicker mechanic like this but maybe i dont get out enough. I also accidently middle clicked out of the game half way through and I was super bummed. But your game was so fun I booted it back up expecting to have to restart and there it was, my save file. Dev you really did it. This is goated. Each upgrade was pretty cool. My only complaint is im kinda stupid and forgot what ocotpus did and didnt realize later it was lifetime whoops. Also it needs more depth. There were moments when I wish the enemy vehicles dropped some currency on death to squeeze out some money at the end of rounds but thats ok. Cool game! Loved it! Bravo!
Great arcade game feeling! If I didn't have to work I could play it for hours. The grinding didn't feel boring and the excitement that you got a few clicks in when the screen is fading out feels great.
I haven't really beat it, will def come back to try to beat it later.
I liked it. It had a kind of retro game feel to it. The skill allocation system is interesting, and I liked that it's based on time rather than points. (It was a bit strange that the houses were built right in the middle of the road, though.)
Great game. I much later realized that I can buy more stuff out of the shop like time but still I managed to buy all the shop upgrades first by slow grinding on each run. I was waiting to see what the next visual addition to my turtle after my level ups and I loved all of them. Visuals and audio are also very enat, Nice job!
Took me a bit to realize the I needed to pick up the coins with the mouse but this game is really cool. Reminds me a lot of the original rampage games but with this nice mutation rogue like twist. Great job.
Awesome Game in all aspect , i loved it soooo much ,24 min welllllll im kinda sloww hehe XD
Really fun! Love the hidden upgrade!
9999 is worth, really cool
First game I play this jam and it's a banger. Good work. I like the timer when clicking the levels and loved the 9999 upgrade.
Hey, thank you so much for trying out the game! Appreciate the comment :)
Gorgeous game, really love the art style and theme. The game runs smooth and the game loop works well. My feedback would be that it feels a bit low agency, other than clicking fast I don't feel like I have much influence over the actual gameplay. The balance also feels a bit off, feels like 1500 is way too much for that first incremental upgrade. I feel like with a few gameplay tweaks this is an amazing game.
Hey! Thank you so much for the feedback. I really really loved your game!!
Very nice game! Interesting combination of a clicker and an auto-battler that I have not seen before :)
