What's wrong with my account?

Hi.

I have tried to add a comment to one of the community's topic and have got this message:

I have checked my account pages and have found no any notes about any issues with my acount. The two-factor authentification is enabled for my account more than two years ago and it is active right now.

So I do not understand, what's wrong with my acount and why the site blocked my action.

I already asked about the same issue there, but I have got no answer from administration. Please, explain what do I need to do to fix this probkem.
