My advice to anyone having difficulty with this fight because the developers cant give advice apparently
use defensive stance alot during the first half of the fight against the two goons they dont deal enough to break it until they hit twice
save your ultimate
end the first half ideally with near full stamina and health
when you fight the nomu instantly take damage buff and ult
from here you should be ok
