I'm having a bit of trouble TT.. It says I have no DLCS installed, but I bought and paid for the 2$ paid dlc... I'm not sure why it says "no DLCs installed" on the top right when I launch the game. I'm sure I followed the instructions on how to download it though...

Please provide a screenshot of how you've installed the DLC folder into the "game" folder, and I can try to help further.

i dont really remember how i did it but you have to put the DLC into the original game folder, like theres 2 separate files you have to put the DLC into the other there is a tut on this page
