It's a difficult thing to answer. I use a program called JPEXES free flash decompiler to open the SWF which has all the files. I can add, replace, and export assets through that. I have modding tutorials on my YouTube Channel.
You do need a Windows PC minimum and Java 8 installed. It's not easy to explain without a visual. My YouTube Channel has tutorials on how I use it that goes into depth.
