fun, wish it was longer. It has an addicting gameplay loop.
Hi! I gave the game a try; here is my feedback:
Pros:
The concept is fun once you figure out how to play, the menu visuals are pleasing, and the weapon upgrade system has good potential.
Areas for improvement:
The attack control (left-click) isn't clear enough at first; it took me a while to understand it.
Some sprites are too small, making it hard to see what's going on during combat.
It's difficult to clearly see which direction I'm aiming; a more visible direction indicator would really help.
Overall, a good prototype with a solid foundation to build on. -Off
Well your page was not joking that attack speed is broken LOL!!!
I really liked the old school Windows95 theme you were going for. I really wish you would have turned off the monitor by clicking the monitor power button for a little meta humor/personality but totally understand that not being there.
A fun little game
Felt really fun to play. Kind of easy, and I'm not sure where the "spin to win" theme came in, but overall I really enjoyed it. Could use more polish, and yes, projectiles get really overpowered. But I really like how the movement is almost turn-based. As if you are pushing yourself around.
I had a lot of fun playing this and enjoyed all the different weapons. The difficulty and controls were well balanced. The visuals and UI were well executed. I especially liked the post-its on the sides of the screen. Good job!
cute game, i had a lot of fun with it! stuck around after the CEO to get all the upgrades... i especially enjoyed the paperclip sounds... great job on the game !!
Very serious and a lot of fun. There seems to be a bug, after upgrading firing speed once my weapon instantly turned into a machinegun which made the rest super easy.
I thought it was really fun, although it's hard to beat the shotgun haha, just like in real life I guess 😅😅😅
I seriously enjoyed this! I felt like I was locked in a WWII tank battle against Joanne from Marketing for a few minutes, I really did have to change my strategy and it was satisfying to finally defeat her. I love the sfx and the general vibe and genuinely think this could be a great full game with more time and polish.
I will say, once I got all of the lvl1 upgrades (particularly attack speed+projectile number) everything was all over, I was firing spit balls out of a machine gun and it was trivially easy. But that initial difficulty hump was fun to get past.
Really fun game
Why do you start with so much money? You can buy everything instantly!
Oopsie major oversight on my part while debugging, should be fixed now
lots of fun, liked the concept and thought the gameplay was really engaging to match!
I liked how easy it was and the gameplay was enjoyable, great gameplay loop, super funny I can't say anything but praise for its enjoyment so I rate it a 5/5.
The creativity was quite prominent I liked how it was set in an office and that you would attack people in office chairs overall the focus on office things was quite creative even with the sticky notes. However there was no focus on spin so I rated the Creativity & Theme a 3/5.
The visuals were great on the in-game monitor but the visuals for the characters and projectiles felt quite blurry so I have to rate it a 2/5.
There was almost no audio apart from clicks and chair movements which were good and added to the desk job aesthetic but I felt like there wasn't enough audio so I rated it a 3/5.
Seriousness was good but it could've been more serious apart from the office theme and fighting. So I rated it a 3/5
Overall I rate your game a 16/25.
firerate upgrade is broken and will give a massive boost to firerate for your first purchase
Yep you're absoluteyl right, I've fixed it now!
