Very good submission! I think the idea and the style was great. Perhaps a bit dialogue-heavy before the game actually starts. But it was fun! Sadly, I think the ballance is the biggest issue. I didn't manage to win or loose because it was never the feeling of either winning or loosing. And since the wheel could be both negative and positive regardless of the player winning 99 or not it sort of took away the wish to win 99. After a few games it started to get a bit repetitive and it felt like the wheel-spin got longer each time, so I had to leave it because I had no win in sight.
But the 99 card game had some good potential! In quite a few rounds it felt as though the real game was just "who gets the king first" and as ThatGyuStove said, other than having a king, it was sort of just a grind between 0-80.
But your top categories are the presentation. The audio and visuals are really nice and it is a great submission! It's just the ballance that brought it down a bit but even so, you'll get a good score from me. :D
