Fun concept! I loved the tree animations swaying in the wind.. did you hand draw all those frames? The tank controls did get some getting used to; as I progressed further and further into the game, the FPS dropped dramatically especially when there were lots of mobs/particles on the screen. Also the stacking of sounds almost blew out my speaker; just something to consider when designing the sound. But nice entry overall!

Thank you much!! This is I guess my fifth game till now. The tree is not animated I made shader which sways it automatically and then I pixelated it. I still haven't figured out a way to control population of the land fishes but I do have some ideas which might might improve frame rate later. Also, is it a good idea to iterate on this game ?

Also once again, thank you so much I really appreciate it

You can try object pooling if you haven’t already to  make the game run smoother.

As to whether you should iterate on the game… if you’re passionate enough about it then go for it! That passion will motivate you to finish and possibly create something really special. Me personally I can’t finish something if I don’t have the genuine interest in it, so I let that guide whether or not I continue iterating on a project.

I too had some difficulty figuring out the controls, but after reading Mike's review I gave it another go and it clicked. Might be worth adding some controls info in the description. Otherwise, nice work! Fun mechanics and nice pixel art. Good stuff

Thank so much for this review ! I guess this is my fifth game till now. I put a lot of hard work into the pixel art and the overall asthetic of the game and enjoyed the journey however I was wondering would you like to see what happens next in this game?

Also once again thank you so much I really appreciate it

It's a cool concept, I like the idea of having to let your prey re-populate so as not to let them get wiped-out, and the art was nice looking too! The tank controls threw me off a bit initially, especially when your worm gets up to higher speeds it can be a bit difficult to control. But it wasn't too bad once I got the hang of it. Really solid submission!

Thank you so much for reviewing my game this is I guess my fifth game till now. If you are free enough do you have any suggestions for making controls of the player better.

Also once again thank you so much I really appreciate it

Hey sure thing! The main thing is just the turning speed, even when I lightly tap left or right the worm spins around very fast, so putting a cap on the turn speed I think would help
