The game was very fun! the art was good and the music too. Only thing I have to say is I wish there was a bit more "spinning". I get that spiders spin webs and it does fit the theme, I just think it could've done more for that. Otherwise amazing game!

Very fun Idea. I wanted to see my Spiders win!

Sometimes hat the Problem, that all enemys were dead, but it still wanted me to do an attack or so instead of going on with the next Round.

The Art is very cute, I loved it!

First turn-based fighting game I have played in this jam so far. This was a cool game! I liked the hand drawn art. The sound effects and music fit the game really well too. I have a couple suggestions.

Although the game wasn't hard to grasp, sometimes a lack of a tutorial can scare other players from trying the game. Simple blurbs that pop up could guide the player and ease them into all the game mechanics.

There is a lot of dead space in the middle of the screen. I'd suggest making the sprites for the spiders and enemies bigger to cover that space up.

Otherwise, everyone did a great job! Well done :)

Ran into a little “bug” hehe: image.png

The art style is cute, though I might be a little biased towards bugs. I wish there were a little bit more juice to the attacks but I understand that the time constraint might not have allowed much polish. The end product is still good though, so congratulations on it!

Nice game!

It would be good to see the actual numbers like HP or damage, but otherwise I really enjoyed it

Cute game! :)

Since there aren't any numbers presented to the player, it's a bit difficult to know which upgrade to take. For example, is 20% more damage better than +50 damage?

Nice direction, somewhat clunky interaction to perform your moves. The upgrades didn't feel effective nor did I know what the base damage / healing was. Presenting this information would be helpful :)

The red attack looked like an escape or run away so I avoided it til round 3 not realising it did a lot of damage.
