Nice game bro! This has some potential to be a full mobile game!

Fun game, and the visuals are amazing! I got to 38 spins :)

Developer

thanks! gg!

The vibes and visuals are immaculate.  10/10 for that. Gameplay is a bit simple.

Developer

thank you!

A simple, effective game that's incredibly rich in creativity—well done. P.S. Is that a reference to the movie?

Developer

thanks! to what movie would the reference be?

I love this game, definitely one of my top pick for this jam! :)) Great job on the art and gameplay!
I'm also a sucker for lofi music :D
Only thing I can think of to improve are that the interactions are sometimes a bit janky, but not in a way where it breaks the game or anything :)
I wonder if it could be fun or how it would feel if you could continuously click or hold down the mouse button to spin the chair faster and faster

Developer

holding down to keep spinning the chair faster and faster is a great idea i don't know why i didn't think of it!! thanks!

Submitted

So cute! I love my little eyes lol. The spinning is also very tempting with everything else happening lol. I do appreciate how lively that office is oddly enough LOL

Developer

thank you!

I enjoyed playing this, good job! Trying to juggle all of the tasks was pretty engaging. I would have loved to see the number of tasks you need to manage increase more as time goes on, the game felt very fun when it was frantic. It also wasn't super clear to me that I needed to drag the paper/coffee cup. I kept trying to walk to them to pick them up at first. Overall really cool!

Developer

being confused about the coffee/paper to drag seems to be a common issue, i'll try to fix it if i do a post-jam update. thanks for the feedback!

I just wanted to spin...

The art and sound for this game are amazing! All the controls feel very tactile and responsive, with some exception to dragging the coffee cup to the machine, and the game feels very replayable to try and get a higher score. It doesn'f feel very "spin to win" amongst all the other tasks you have to keep up with, or its easy to forget that spinning is the goal but still really fun!

Developer

thanks for the feedback!

I like the mechanic of not knowing whether its your boss or a coworker stomping down the hallway, it lets you rationalize getting greedy with your spins. Also great music and art!

Developer

pretty happy with how this mechanic turned out, thanks!

Like I said on page, I got 100 spins.

I was amazed by this, it related to my daily life at work.

very good game, love the art, the sounds, the characters, if i were to be nitpicky, i wish the coffe had some form of timer, cause right now i have to guess the time (i think? at least i see no indicator)

amazing job!

Developer

thanks! no timer for the coffee was a deliberate choice because i didn't want to do an overdose of timers + i think it's fun to be unsure of when the boost ends, thank you for the feedback!

You could put some “coffee effect” on the sprite of the player and while it lasts the player will know when the buff ended.

Developer

there's already a coffee effect with some particles that generates above the head of the player but i agree it could use a stronger indicator, i have a few ideas to accentuate the coffee powerup for a potential post-jam update
