this is amazing, although i am very biased towards tower defense games lol

the slot machine mechanic is so fun, it felt so good when i rolled all 5 break chips and cleared the whole board

either i got quite lucky or the balance is a bit off because i got through it without much challenge, but you cant really complain about balance in a game jam :p

the visual cues could have been a little bit better (a red die turning red when you cant place it is a little confusing haha)  but i managed to figure it out fairly quickly

i would love to see this idea expanded further, really great job!!

The icons I don't fully get, and dragging from the slot machine wasn't something I thought would actually work, though it did. The difficulty was a little rough at the beginning, though that was probably a luck issue as is the nature of gambling, and the music is really great, I enjoyed it!

1. the Initial hurdle of what the icons are and do (It's actually fine, I'm not gonna harp on it)

2. I think... THIS HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE SUBMISSION SO FAR, Great use of theme, Tower Defense as a genre is already a +1 for me and a polished one at that,  the RNG of what towers that you get is a great/innovative mechanic, having 2 different tables you can roll on really adds to what I like with this  premise (In a expanded version, I think having more of these would be great).

3. Your team really showed out be proud of what you put out, the music is great and creates an atmosphere of being in the casino, the art is well thought out and is the biggest help when trying to convey what each of the icons do.

The game was really fun after the initial hurdle of figuring out what I could do/ interact with! Great Job! (Also I liked the super scary boss chip at the end XD)

Thanks! We're glad you liked it. Yeah, there was not enough time to make a tutorial, lol, we focused on finishing the game and forgot about that. But I'm glad you figured it out in the end.

Fun game! I really liked the tower defense + slot machine mechanic! It took me a minute to figure out how it worked, but once I understood which slot items could be dragged into play and the upgrade system it was super fun!

Thank you!
Yeah, we needed to add a tutorial or a controls panel to explain everything, we focused on everything else instead of that, lol.
We are glad you liked it ♥ Hope we can continue it in the future

We did our best with the time we had, lol. Having normal jobs and school while doing a game jam can be difficult. Hope that at least one person find this enjoyable. It might not be well balances, but it exists :D
