An action game right up my alley! The idea of using the mouse wheel to jump was sheer genius! The controls are just plain fun :)
Thank you so much!
Very creative take! The pixel art and music pair very nicely. Nice use of lighting too.
I didn't get very far though, I found the mouse scroll wheel flying too sensitive and kept killing myself :(
Yeah, sorry, that’s a common issue that I’ll see if I can fix another time :)
Fun game! I think the instability mechanic is a little unintuitive for me - it effectively made me just wait around for the meter to reduce, which did hurt the gameplay loop a little. Overall though, excellent first submission to a jam! Great work!
Ah yes, it can be really bad for some players: I think it depends on their scroll wheel sensitivity… Lot’s of calibration needed lol - thanks for playing though!
Very cool work. Love the style. It whooped my butt repeatedly.
i like the artstyle a lot the visuals are amazing and the concept of using your scrollwheel to fly amazes me immensely, just tone down the difficulty a bit and make the colliders a bit better for the player its a really fun concept cool game no cap(get it :) )
Thank you so much! I’ll take your advice when I start improving it after the jam :) Also good joke lol
The game's ok. I don't exactly understand how to climb these walls since my instability rises fast if i scroll too quick. If i scroll too slow i can't get past the wall either. Also the game would benefit from more sfx.
Yeah, there’s a lot of calibration to for other devices and mouses as I’m discovering… SFX was on my to-do list but sadly ran out of time. Thanks for the feedback!
