this is fun, its pretty much just typeracer but with cool visuals and funny presentation, its quite over the top in a good way. however, i dont think the game is explained the best, it took me a while to figure out not to click the huge ok button on the popup and to instead press the tiny x on top, and its also not immediately clear that you need to type the words as they interact with the mouse and you can click on them. 

anyway, i really enjoyed the presentation and polish other than those two issues

Like, I tried clicking the words that felt relevant to the headline, but I still got meh scores, so idk if I was doing it right, maybe a skill issue. Also don't know if it's intented, I suppose yes, but when the popup appeared, it sometimes blocks the submit button, so I can't progress, I have to wait until it gets me out of it.

The visual were nice, and the audio is cool too. Overall is a simple game from what it seems, which unfortunately not really my style 

As some comments have already pointed out, figuring out where you’re supposed to be clicking is very rough. Had to read through the comments to figure out you can even click out of the popups. I think the hitboxes/mouse was the sole thing that ruined the enjoyment for me.

Other than that, good game!

Very fun game! I really love the visuals and sounds, and the random prompts stopping you from typing are a great addition, a bigger diversity would also be nice in the future, but I really loved it!

This is by far my favorite game I've seen submitted. I have absolutely no regrets giving you five stars in every category. Once I figured out what was going on, it became an absolute blast, and the recap screen with TTS had me giggling. This is so over-the-top and it makes it way more stressful than it feels like it should be. I love this so much. Props, and I hope this gets featured in Juni's video.

This is a very funny game. I love the visual style, as well as a bunch of small things, like the skeleton running across the screen. My only issue is that it should be made more obvious that you can click the x's. Great job! Here's my  headlines.

I was very confused for a while there, I couldnt get the pop up to go away until I read the comments about clicking on the x (for context I had tried that I evidently just missed the hitbox). The mic as the mouse was a little confusing to figure out where the actual pointer was but once I figured that out I didn't find that the hitbox was that unforgiving. 

I think that the game Idea is really good, but I feel like the execution could have been a little better and it definitely takes a certain kind of person to enjoy this game. 

Im not going to say I didn't like this game because It definetely had a lot of charm, revelling in the chaos. But unfortunately I dont think I was the target audience for this one.

I find it pretty hard to rate this one cuz I am not a very fast typer/reader so it was hard for me to actually read what was on screen and decide to type out something with other stuff also flying at my face. But I can tell however that the concept of typing funny headlines is ripe for creating laughs easily.

If I didn't type so slowly I would probably be less harsh in general but as it stands it was too hard for me to actually really engage with it

I'd have liked if instead of having to press enter a correct word would automatically be accepted. For detecting incorrect words you'd then have to check if what is being typed matches any of the words and if not then you could play a (loud) incorrect buzzer noise to let the player know they aren't typing something correctly. Also closing the error popup is kinda finicky, I think the hitbox can be bigger.
Lastly, I haven't quite understood the reason behind  the challenge popup that forces me to write a new different word, since I am already barely able to write most of the words that I have to, this just makes me unable to finish the entire list of them. Also, is the page background made with AI?
The game is rough around the edges but I did enjoy the graphics and sounds, something like a combo system could work well with the current implementation!

It was a little hard to understand the mechanics at first but overtime I got used to them. It was very fun, but a clearer tutorial would be helpful. You could say that you need to type each word individually or something. Anyway, cool game. (:

Fun game haha. I like the narrator voice over the whole thing, makes it feel uncanny but funny. Took me a few loops to figure out how to close the popups since the cursor sprite makes the cursor point hard to determine lol. Maybe also make the OK button clickable too. Fun stuff though and so serious :)
