Haha good arcade fun! Nice execution and theme!

*Background audio could be lowered :)

I liked the interpretation of seriousness and the art! It gets really difficult starting around 50 seconds but it was fun to play for a high score.

I got roughly up to a minute! Took a few times to get the hang of the hitboxes (it felt a little off vertically so I had to be a bit more careful on later tries)
Love the sfx, the spin animation and the music! Ui and readability was really good too.

Made it almost to a minute. Nice song choice and charming visuals. But feels a bit too simple for a 7 day jam. Lot of scope for additional story elements, enemy types or modifiers. Right now its feels like a good base for a roguelike.

Immediate suggestions would be to make sure the gf doesn't drift too much to the border since then the player has too less time to react to seagulls  from that side. Also the dead seagulls motions seems a bit random an it is especially unfair that a dead seagull can hit the gf.

had a lot of fun with this! the delay on attacking feels a little stiff the first time you play, but then when you go back and know how it feels there's a real strategic sense you get.

really like the sound design, i grew up learning guitar music with Guitar Pro so i would know a midi electric guitar sound anywhere and it is executed really well here! as someone who also composed a piece of music very heavily inspired by 70s power metal for this very jam i feel like a kindred spirit

i only lasted 30 seconds because the girlfriend kept being right at the edge, which made it really hard to predict where the seagulls are. pretty cool, keep it serious!
