I love the use of all the analogue mediums! I could tell there was so much real in this game which gave it a lot of charm that other jam games dont have not to mention you dont have to deal with annoying software as much

This is delightful. Great art, well-fitting music, a delightful mini-game that could for sure be featured in a longer story. I would like to see more of this story, of this game.
I am gobsmacked at the mention of your age that someone has mentioned in a comment. This is and absolutely incredible feat. The minigame itself is delightful and well-done, but knowing your age it’s even more impressive. It is a great job. What a lovely little thing.
What are your plans for the future? I would play a cozy game where this scene would be a minigame, or even just mostly for flavor.
The plan was to get everything mentioned in the description. But sadly, time had other plans; we intended to have the enemies mentioned. (Sprites were even made for them :P) We also planned to have a boss fight, but time struck again. We did get a little behind; that's the reason why the features mentioned weren't implemented. As for the story, it was written but just not put in because the part the story was needed for hadn't been reached. Moral of the story; we did what we could in the amount of time

It's so nice to see a jam entry from such a young dev team - well done! To have coded, animated, and composed all of this in such a short space of time is great! It would have been lovely to see the combat implemented (the itch page said there might be enemies, but I was left undisturbed to do my laundry in peace) because the roll mechanic is a very fun addition to the character movement.
Definitely more fun than doing laundry in real life! Really neat art and concept, would love to see it developed out even further! I kept playing hoping for my pizza party, but the laundry never stopped coming... I did my best with the two little paws I had until the laundry was touching the clouds. Honestly great job and I hope you keep at game developing, you have real talent!
I was enamoured with this game the moment I started. Incredibly impressive achievement for such young developers! Definitely some potential, even with the limited scope I found myself having fun just moving the clothes from the washer to the dryer to the folding table.
Hello! I have played your game to... completion I guess? Until the laundry was off the top of the screen, at least. I have some feedback.
- I saw on the game's page that you're 10 and 14 years old? That's very impressive that you got this done in such a short time period for the Jam!
- I don't understand the point of jumping or rolling. I suppose those might come into play when you implement combat.
- The art was cute! I liked that the background was watercolor - that's pretty original for a video game!
- Once you pick up a piece of laundry there's no way to put it down again in the basket I don't think? Not a big deal, but it would be nice to implement that.
- It would be nice if the laundry had some visual indication of what stage it's at in the washing process. Like washed clothes looking wet, and dried clothes looking cleaner than when they first come out of the basket.
- The music sounds very good! However, it seems to just be a single 10 second loop? It would be nice to have a longer loop or possibly a few different songs.
That's about all I've got. I hope this feedback comes off as constructive, I'm not trying to be negative.I think it's a very cute game! Also, I see one of your adult advisors is listed as as trans liberationist? Trans Rights! 🏳️⚧️
Have a wonderful day and good luck in the Jam and finishing the game! I'll check it out again once you implement combat - I've followed your Itch page so I should see updates!
I was expecting what was described below the game :( if you finish it, I would like to try it!
Laundry machines are a very novel and fun take on the theme. Very cool.
Love the background visual.
But not sure, if I am doing something wrong? My pile of folded cloths gets bigger and bigger, but nothing else happening and it seems, that the dirty basket never gets finished. Keep UX in mind. Some more indication would be great.
