I wish I knew how to control the phone dial, because this game looks visually stunning and I'd love to really play it! I couldn't tell where my finger was pointing or figure out how to correctly spin the dial to get the numbers I wanted. If you can add a cursor, or somehow make the rotating dials more intuitive, I would love to try this game again!

I loved the art style, and i loved the music and the vibes, but playing it felt a bit off, not having a marker on where your finger is, is really bad, i couldn't dial the second number and it took me some really good time to dial the first one. Besides that, i loved the game so much!

Developer

Thanks for playing! The phone mechanics needed more polish, our developers made it from scratch so it came a really long way, but we ran out of time to do more.  We are so glad you liked the aesthetics of it, it was something we really wanted to emphasize on. Thanks!

As already said, the phone dialing interaction was pretty frustrating- if the numbers highlighted so you knew which one was selected that would help a lot! The art and effects are awesome though

Developer

Thank you for testing out our game! We appreciate the critique and the kind words!

The art is extremely good and the game is full of personality which I love! I appreciate all the small polishes like the hand shaking and hard breathing when the stress meter is high. Music is enjoyable too! Switching between phone dialing and destressing objects is nice and I enjoy that part of the game.

I struggled a lot with phone dialing and even when I got to understand how it works, it remained difficult. That being said, I would absolutely love to see it expanded into a bigger game!

Great job, impressive work from the entire team!

Developer

Thanks for playing! Our team wanted to focus on all aspects so we had concept artists, animators, VFX, and sound designers all grinding along with our game developers.  We appreciate your critiques and kind remarks, thank you!

This game looks and sounds beautifully! I am shocked with how much you all could get done in such little amount of time. I also had a real hard time using the phone, even after seeing the speedrunning video of how to interact with it.

If you end up tweaking that interaction to make it feel better, you’ll have quite a gem; this game has so much charm!

Developer

Thank you for playing and your kind comment! We worked really hard and tried to focus on all aspects of the game to make it a great experience. The phone mechanics were built from scratch, and it needed more polish but we ran out of time. Our team worked really hard on it and came a long way! I'm glad you see the potential in it!

Absolutely love the aesthetic and use of color. The models are the stress animation of the arm add great personality too. Music was great too.

The phone mechanic I'm not a big fan of. It was a bit finicky

Developer

Thank you for trying our game! The phone needed some more polish, we appreciate your critique. We made the phone mechanics from scratch so it was quite the journey. So glad you liked the other aspects of our game, our team worked really hard to make a super cool vibe.

The game is really good, i thought it was too hard but then i see the speedrun and I was able to complete it!
Although I still think the cursor sometimes picks the wrong number, for instance, I’m sure I’m going to select the number 0, but it ends up picking the number 3.

Developer

Thank you for playing! The speedrun is insane I don't even know how they did it LOL! The phone could have used some more polish, but we are glad you kept trying and completed the game!

beautiful graphics, love the animations of the objects and the little easter egg of everything spinning, but this was soooo difficulte to use the phone X)

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much for trying our game! Super glad you found our spinning easter egg!

Everyone has said it, but I couldn't get the hang of dialing the phone. I second the opinion of a crosshair/cursor. Besides that, amazing art style and concept!

Developer

Thank you for playing! Definitely one of the most mentioned critiques of the game haha, but we are so glad you enjoyed the art and concept!

i guess what boomers say is true, i can't get a hang of these damn old phones, ahahah! i sucked so bad, but i managed to get a call and also explore my little room and find some (what i assume are the devs) pictures hidden, ahahah

Developer

Thank you for trying out our game! We did make it a little bit hard, we wanted rage to be an aspect, but the phone also needed some more polish.  Also, so happy you explored the little room, a lot of love went into the enviroment.

At the beginning the controls were hard to figure out, I couldn't get to 9 at all, but after getting the hang of it it was quite fun. Really cool idea and the graphics were really nice, would be nice to see it expanded in the future!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing!!! We worked really hard to get a fun look and unique concept.

The graphics are incredible, the theme is well integrated, and it is extremely polished for a game jam game. However, the phone is extremely difficult and frustrating to handle at the very beginning, though this issue could be quickly fixed with just a cursor. Very good game!

Developer

Thank you so much, your comment id very kind! We were able to get a lot done during the week - but we wish we were able to get more polish on the phone. That being said we are so proud of what our team accomplished!

The controls on the phone were quite hard to figure out, especially without a cursor to tell where im clicking. It also made it pretty hard to turn the dial. I really liked the artstyle and aesthetics of the game though.

Developer

Thank you for playing! With just a week we did struggle to get the phone dialing to feel as good as we wanted, but we are proud how much we were able to get done.

Speedrun Time: 1:50.07

Developer

Literally how did you do this

Submitted(+1)

This would be so good if the freaking phone was a lil easier to use may implementing a cross air to show wich number your clicking would help?

Also love the art

Developer

Thank you so much for playing! We did want it to be hard since we wanted it to be a bit of a rage game. With just a week we did not get to polish the phone controls as much as we wanted. We appreciate your suggestion!

Submitted(+1)

I love the art style and music! It was super cute. The controls were a bit janky so I couldn't really figure out how to use the phone properly. But I love the idea and I still had fun just from pushing all the doors and paintings over haha :D

Developer

Hii, thank you so much for playing :D We wanted to make a tutorial eventually haha, the phone controls will be our first priority for this if it was too difficult to figure out! Thank you for the feedback we really appreciate it :3
