Super stylish game! The art style is fantastic, and the retro vibes are really authentic. Super cool to see that 3d-from-2d retro aesthetic, and I'll bet it was tricky to get the movement of the rotating disc to feel right without it beind 3d under the hood (unless I'm mistaken). I initially felt like there was a mismatch between the creepy castle graphics on the title screen, and the cute little orange running around shooting people, but somehow it works!
Gameplay was really fun. I felt like the difficulty ramped up very quickly. Not saying that's a bad thing, but for me the waves went from chill to "oh no" pretty fast. The rotating platform is a nice twist. It definitely affects your movement and your planning.
I only really have two critiques: One is that I would have liked for my aiming reticle to be a little bit more visible; it's easy for it to get lost in the environment. And the other is that I would have liked some background music during the runs. The sound effects are really well-designed, but without some music in the background, I feel like it's missing just a little bit of something.
All-in-all, I really enjoyed this game, and I'm glad I stumbled across it. Great work!
