Post your game in the comments and I’ll play and rate it. I’d be happy if you did the same for my game too. 😄

I prefer games that can be played directly in the browser, but you can still share other games as well.

Unlike some of the other rating threads, I’ll leave feedback in two places:

  • on the game jam submission page
  • directly on the game’s itch.io page

I’d really appreciate it if you could do the same for my game.

I noticed that some excellent games have dozens of comments on their jam submission page, but no comments at all on their actual itch.io game page. A comment there can also help the game after the jam is over.

Here is my game:

Post your game below and I’ll check it out!

I really enjoyed the game! It was a little difficult to understand at first, so I think even a simple menu and a short in-game tutorial would help a lot.

Once I understood how everything worked, I immediately knew the game would keep me playing until I upgraded everything to the maximum — and that’s exactly what happened. 😄

I would also appreciate some kind of distance meter, as well as a clear UI message when the main goal is completed and the player reaches space — assuming I actually completed it. 😄 I managed to get there, but I still kept playing for a while until every upgrade was maxed out.

I also really liked the small details, such as the changing biomes during the flight and the fossils visible in the cross-section of the ground.

Overall, I have to praise both the idea and the execution. The sound effects are great, the game is fun, and it has that special quality that makes you want to keep playing until the end.

I enjoyed the game! It has its own distinctive art style, and the sound design is also done really well.

At first, I had a little trouble understanding how everything worked, even though the in-game tutorial is nicely made. The main thing I didn’t understand was how and why I should use the attack. 😄 Because of that, I flew through most of the level without attacking and only realized at the boss that I wouldn’t be able to continue without it.

Here is our lil arcade racing game, hope you have fun! https://havudgij.itch.io/professional-car-tester

I enjoyed the game, although the car controls felt a little awkward to me at first. I think I might have preferred slightly more arcade-like handling with less emphasis on realistic physics. 😄 However, once I got used to the controls, driving became much easier and felt pretty good.

It would also be nice to have some animated loading text or a loading indicator during the long black screen between levels. I wasn’t sure whether the game was still running or had crashed. 😄

I also really liked the game introduction and the overall design of the game world.

Hi, thanks for playing! https://ermine-life.itch.io/roll-playing-machine

Really clever puzzle game! I like how the simple idea of connecting gears gradually becomes more complex through different gear sizes, obstacles, rotation, and torque.

The presentation is clean, and the visual feedback makes it easy to understand how the signal changes while experimenting with different solutions. I also really like that you included a level editor. That adds a lot of replay value.

I did have trouble launching the game in Chrome because I got this JavaScript error:

Uncaught NotFoundError: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': One of the specified object stores was not found.

However, when I tried the game in Edge, it worked without any issues.

Great job overall! The concept fits the jam theme very well and has a lot of potential for even more levels and mechanics.

Played your game and it was really enjoyable! Great music, art and fun to play!

Would appreciate if you find the time to check my game too:) I recommend playing level 5 since it unlocks a goofy cutscene, and you can skip other levels in the menu^^
