Fun game! Would work great on mobile. Simple (in a good way) and challenging.
Amazing idea!
Great game, really original. The gameplay is smooth, and getting the correct rotation direction on ingredients feels skillful and rewarding. Nice submission!
Really unique idea, the progression was good, though I feel the pacing could’ve been a little bit faster at the beginning. Nice job, I’d play this again.
good game! challenging with how fast it got! love it though
Really nice game. Very overcooked vibes but in a simple but effective way, and right on par with the theme. Very well executed, well done!
very creative and fun! i made it all the way to tier X and then got thrashed

This was CHALLENGING (in a good way!) despite it being so simple, and requires a surprising amount of thinking in order to get the hang of, such as planning combinations of clicks and managing timing in order to optimize sandwich output. Even without additional twists or turns this concept is one of the few that stands out enough on its own.
Greate idea!! Got really fast really quick lol, quite hard to keep up with, absolutely love it. Amazing.
Awesome idea, felt genius when I saw it. Looks great, loop is fun, quite skill intensive and reaction heavy which I think is fun but can clash with the concept perhaps. Had me fully focused watching what bread to pick the next order when finishing the first. Looks awesome too! As mentioned below, a way to discard a messed up order felt necessary. I can see this evolving with a day cycle and purchasing ingredients <3
Really fun gameplay! I may have missed it, but the only thing I disliked was that there was no way to discard a sandwitch, so if you messed up you have to submit the wrong sandwitch. But aside that, the gameplay felt really fun and I liked the take on the Jam's theme!
lot’s of fun to play it!
Love the catchy tune :)
Pretty fun game. The concept works well with the theme. Maybe it’s just a skill issue, but I got a game over for submitting too many wrong sandwiches even though I was pretty sure I was making them to order. Overall, still enjoyed it though!
Sorry to echo feedback which you have already received but I agree that closing the sandwiches felt a little bit clunky. I think it could be improved by adding another piece of bread to the end of the recipe which would indicate that the sandwich is not complete yet on the UI. Otherwise, making it so that the sandwich automatically closes itself by grabbing both halves on the first go would also work.
There were a handful of UI related bugs which didn't really negatively impact the game, but fixing them would bring another level of polish to the gameplay experience.
- The tier counter starts at "None". I think it would be clearer if it started at "Tier 0" or "Tutorial"
- Clicking the buttons on the Game Over screen does not restart or exit the game. This means that you have to refresh the page to play again.
- You cannot adjust the music or sound effect volumes
There isn't a clear way to reset the sandwich. This is especially punishing because new ingredients can show up where existing ingredients were. For example, I wanted a White Bread but as I clicked it the Brown Bread showed up. Then I had no choice but to submit an empty sandwich which killed my run :(
One feature which I feel like this game is missing is a leaderboard system so that you can try to beat your last score. However, I can understand if this was not implemented due to the time constraints of the jam. Similarly, a way to skip the tutorial would help replayability.
Ultimately I enjoyed the game and liked the unique approach to the theme.
May have missed this in the tutorial but having to close each order with a top layer of bread felt clunky when the order was fully green and did not explicitly ask for it. I ended up in a loop of the same order and having to wait for the clicker to spin all the way around before starting the order at the bread. Love the concept, more refinement in the game feel could go a long way
