cute little puzzle platformer :) I like it

This was super cute I am glad I stumbled upon it

This is the most serious one i've seen so far. Love the armadillo, and i really liked the idea of spinning levels, not sure i understood how to choose the direction it was going to spin (maybe it was random) but i enhoyed and beat it nonetheless. Keep it up!

I love the idea for spinning the levels! I found myself expecting the world to turn one way then it turned the other. Maybe it should always turn in the direction you're travelling? Also one small thing I would have added is WASD as a second option for movement. Love the thumbnail!

Nice to see a fellow armadillo game !

I think I'm a little dumb so I couldn't figure out if I hit a wall if it was gonna turn left or right but that was my only issue :D I thought it was very cute, it was simple but still got you thinking where to  spin. Great first game ! Very easy to build upon it and make a full game. I'm a big fan of both the cat and armadillo pictures.

Fun game with a neat twist! Could be a little longer. Always very exciting to see an armadillo

Great concept and visuals! Congratulations on your first game, hope to see what else you make after!

Very nice game. I will admit you had me confused at parts where you had to figure out where to use the rolling mechanic. But this is genuinely a good game, would love to see more levels added. The only thing I would nitpick is just how slow it takes for the rolling animation to charge up, maybe some visual indicator or something when you press down arrow would be nice. But other than that this is a very interesting and fun puzzle platformer. Very serious too, of course.

5/5 stars alone for that game image, overall, a nice short little game you have.

Well done BobTheHorse! πŸ—οΈπŸ‘

Short but sweet, i like it! Only thing is turning into a ball being instant would feel nicer.

I really wanted to try this out after seeing how cute and nice my first impression of the pixel art was starting the game, but unfortunately for me on the browser, my controls aren't working at all and I can't move. It seems others were able to play this though from the other comments. If you happen to know a fix, I want to try revisiting this so I can rate this.

Two games about armadillos rolling in the same jam ? Of course it's a coincidence......

Very fun game, having the level spin is a pretty fun and creative mechanic. Only problem I ran into was the camera sometimes glitching and only letting me see a small corner of the level. Would have also appreciated if there was some more audio.

Great work on your first upload to itch!  I had fun figuring out the final level and also it was cool to see that out of reach key and then as I was wondering what to do some text popped up.  that worked well!  I saw on some playthroughs my camera would not update properly and I would be left with a wacky view of a corner of the level rather than updating properly.  Otherwise I was able to complete it and had some fun! Nice job :)

neat idea...at first i did not understand which side the level spins but then i figures out like you kind of hit the wall and that spin the that dir..if that makes sense...but i think there are some camera issues at it snaps to a different position sometimes
