Actually a Game with a Spinning Wheel that I enjoyed. Well Done! Could've played it even longer if there were more Enemys!
I really like the idea! Had a lot of fun while playing this.
I think the overall feel of the game is really polished and I like that you can TRY to rig the game by spinning from a certain position xd
Feels very polished overall.
I think it would be cool to have an endless mode :)
I really appreciate that this is an actual physics spinner as opposed to a dressed up random number generator. I like the core mechanic and the many ways you can change what's on your main spinner is cleverly implemented as well.
Neat concept! It kind of reminds me of that Dungeon Clawer game (that I just heard about this week, but it's been out for a while I think). It's neat to have the mechanics randomized for attaching and defending and all that, and I like that I could choose where to put the new things I earned (though I tried to upgrade the "miss" slot and was sad to find it didn't do anything lol - maybe it could give a chance to reroll or just not allow me to apply the upgrade to it?)
If you keep tinkering with it, it would be nice to have an alternative option to spin the wheel (the only way I figured out how to do it was to use the mouse to push it in a direction). A lot of games in this jam use the mouse like that, and my wrist has gotten so tired - it's something I need to improve in my game, too. I also didn't realize it was a fighting game when I opened it up lol, so some additional text on your main page describing the game (instead of just the credits) would have helped me to understand the concept better when I jumped in.
Really nice job though - lovely color palette and nice overall design!
i like the take on the simple deckbuilding roguelike formula! it's neat! and it was fun. i like it.
Looks good and plays good!
I'm a simple man. I see a Slay the Spire reference, I click. The game is a little weird, if you play "fair" (i.e. just spin the wheel and hope for the best), you seem to be pretty much out of luck and also have too little control in my opinion. If you play "unfair" by carefully spinning and trying to manipulate the result, the game seems to be much more about skill than strategy (apart from the silly strategy to farm gold on the chicken). Which is okay, I guess, just not what I expected.
Really polished and with a great concept. Very in line with the theme! A bit too luck-based, but it really puts me in the "just one more spin" mode. Great job!
These sound effects though :D That was fun and the core gameplay is a very satisfying loop.
Interesting concept for sure, definitely very luck based. Two runs the frog kept healing itself until it killed me, one run I got overpowered quickly. But I played multiple bc it was fun, so good job ^^
The core mechanic is really fun in this one! Having to strategize and pick where to place your skills and such is neat.
