Fun! I didn't know what to do at first, but once I got a hang of it, I loved it. The gravity switching is a cool mechanic. The visuals are so good too! Good job!

I don't usually love puzzle games but this was pretty fun!

I was instantly immersed as soon as I opened the menu, the music and art hit! I was quite confused at first as I accidentally hid the menu of controls (or perhaps it disappeared on its own). The gravity shifting is a really neat mechanic although unfortunately I didnt really know what I was looking for in the levels which slowed me down quite a bit. Its fairly obvious since the levers are glowing but multiple things glow and I simply didnt know at first to be looking for glowing things. I did quite enjoy it and seeing such large enviroments is a neat perspective. Great work!

This is a great game!  I really liked the visual style you went with and the music and sound design fits really well.  I love the clicks when you shift gravity.  Level 4 was my favorite, it was a really fun use of the gravity switching.  I also feel like level 4 and 5 were a natural progression where level 4 taught you to manipulate the cube in 2d to introduce the mechanic, and then level 5 tested you on it in 3d.

I think puzzle games are the hardest genre to do in a jam because they rely so much on playtesting with people that don't know the solutions.  My only real criticism can be ironed out easily through some playtesting.  Level 1 is pretty difficult because you're placed in the big room with the controls on screen. I accidentally hit H to hide them, but I didn't get to read far enough to know that was the hide controls key to bring them back.  It took me a long time to figure out what to do with the cube, and then that cube was never used again.  Level 2 felt like a great tutorial for gravity switching since that was the only mechanic in the level, and level 3 starts with an excellent tutorial for the book.  Not letting you leave until you get it right, plus a hidden coin that's easy to find with gravity manipulation.  I feel like the game might have been a bit better if level 2 was the first level, level 3 was the second, and level 1 was the third level while replacing the block with a book.

Picking up items is also a bit difficult because the press E to pick up appears at a distance further than your grab range.  I think highlighting the object at the current range, and then not displaying Press E until your in grab range would improve the feeling a lot.  I was confused why pressing E wasn't doing anything until I moved closer.

Excellent job!

Really cool concept, rotating the whole world to solve puzzles is such a satisfying mechanic, and the PS1-style visuals give it a great atmosphere. Took a little while to click but once it did it was a lot of fun. Great work! If you have time we would  appreciate if you could check ours too!

Really cool concept. Spinning the whole world around for puzzle-solving is a creative use of the theme, and the PS1-style visuals give the game a nice atmosphere. It took a little time to get used to what I was doing, but once it clicked, it was pretty fun. Solid work!

Really interesting and cool design! Reminds me of manifold garden a little.

Really cool concept, it was fun when I got the hang of it! It was a little too dark overall so it was hard to see and I had problems with items getting stuck on collisions, and got a bit dizzy, but still liked it!

Thanks for checking it out! I appreciate the callout on brightness; we should definitely add a slider for that!

Wow! This is one of the best games I got to try in this jam! The controls require skill and understanding, but it's not a bad thing. Slowly, I got more used to them and better at them, and they work very, very well. And the visual style is so good! The PS1 style is truly my favorite thing in games. I really enjoyed playing it. Thank you!

So glad you enjoyed it!!

I love the gravity tilting mechanic and how you used if with rigidbodies to solve puzzles. Really like the aesthetics of the game as well.  Solid Work!

Developer

So glad that players are liking the gravity mechanic! I was a bit worried that some might find it too difficult.
Thanks for playing!

Very unique use of the theme, and the levels were difficult to play with at first, but after getting the controls down, it was easier.

Developer

Happy to hear the controls felt natural after some time. Thanks for playing!

Great art but hard to understand what to do. Good concept

Developer

Yea, trying to find that balance between giving the player clear objectives but keeping them obscure enough that it's not immediately obvious was difficult ๐Ÿ˜…
Thanks for playing!

At first I was a bit confused about what I was doing, but when I got the hang of it, it was actually really fun! The spin the world mechanic is really satisfying to use, and opens the door to so many ways to do things. reality/physics warping puzzle games really are my favorite genre ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
