Welp, I love the whole package. Kudos to the team!

* I did find an exploit though,  i could press both W and E together and register is as a hit

We did something similar, but this is definitely wayy closer to a finished game that ours ended up - really great work, full marks, because we obviously think you nailed the theme ;)

Defo my fav game I've played of this jam (so far). I wanted to do something similar but did not think I could do it well as all. glad to see someone took a guitar hero DJ game and made something so epic!

This might be the best game I've played all jam. It's such a unique spin (ba dum tss) on Guitar Hero/Rock Band-esque rhythm games, and that genre is not easy to pull off. The controls are lowkey perfect; W, E, W+E, mouse slide, mouse slide+Q is just enough variety of notes, while also reusing keys/motions to prevent the player from pressing buttons all over their keyboard. The (original?!?!?!) music is fire AF and the charts are hella fun to play. I never got above 0 stars, but I played every song and had a great time. Also, you included a track editor??? Absolute peak, I'd love for this to be a full game on Steam. (If you do this and add controller support, it'd be sick if the spins required you to actually spin your joystick).

One thing I wish it had was a notice of whether I'm hitting a note too early or too late (both when I miss it and when I just don't get it perfect). Sometimes I couldn't figure out the correct timing, and feedback distinguishing that would help.

Super good game!  Played through all the songs, loved the music, loved the art style, and I really appreciate a game that adds controls that make me feel like I'm putting my entire self into the game.  Played this game long enough it almost made me late for a meeting

Only thing that frustrated me is that I didn't understand WHY I was getting misses on the record scratches sometimes.  A little clarification somewhere about what exactly it is measuring would be helpful, because I didn't know if I was starting too late, or if there was release timing I was missing, or if I didn't move the mouse far enough, etc. instead of just guessing.

Really impressive rhythm game for something made in a week! Everything felt so polished, from the visuals to the audio! I did have a hard time getting used to the controls, but i enjoyed it so much i kept playing until I got the hang of it! I'm a huge fan of this!

This is AMAZING! So impressive for 1 week. I'm quite bad at it but even then it's still so fun!

I didn't think I got to play a better version of DJ Hero

Seriously, I don't have the words to express what I feel about this game. As a rhythm game fan and amateur custom charter for Clone Hero, I know how f****ng hard it is to pull this off. The only thing that's missing from becoming a full game is a sort of latency calibration. Period.

You have all of my gratitude (and my money, if you'll ever publish a full version)

WOW, super cool game, it doesn´t even feel like you were on a timelimit as you even made a practice and an editor mode! Though the later stages were way to hard for me

Incredible game! You accomplished to do so much and close such a polished game, specially given 1 week. Absolutely great job guys

Wow! That's just so coooool! You guys deserved all the fives in such a short time period! Great job!

This game is so incredibly polished, especially given the short timeframe.  It feels professional.  The interface, the controls, all of it.  It was pretty challenging as far as rhythm games go, mostly because of the large number of controls to learn at the start; but eventually once muscle memory starts to kick in, it feels pretty good (though still hard because the inputs come at you pretty fast!   do wish there was an alternative set of controls to scratch with the keyboard instead of the mouse, but at the same time, scratching with the mouse did feel pretty natural once I got the hang of it.

The standout here is the music.  Every track is a banger and they all sound professionally-produced.  That, coupled with the fact that the mappings to inputs is really well done, gives a really nice flow to all of the songs I played through.

All-in-all, just a great jam entry.  Kudos to the whole team!
