I delivered all the parcels! As a long-time sailor, I really enjoyed this game here. I even shouted "Hard to Starboard!" at one point, not joking. One thing that might make the wheel more readable at a glance is a "top knot", a knot on one spoke or handle of the wheel that indicates the "center" position, a bit easier then to track your wheel rotations. I like your bold music choice, and the water shader looks great too. Nice work!
