This was so much fun! I managed to get my spinner stuck and I don't know if there's a reset button, so I only got to level 5.
This was actually really good. There was actual puzzle solving here.
The difficulty gap between the 6th and 7th levels were pretty big ngl with the lava time management, but it was legitimately fun to play.
I think a restart button would've helped a lot, especially when I had to wait for the spinner to slowly move across and get off of the iced floors after messing up.
I think this game deserves a thumbnail with the artstyle that is more similar to something from N64. The current one makes me think of a 2D game.
holy hidden gem
Found this at the top of my random feed, saw that it was a platformer, and decided to give it a try. Absolutely loved it.
The movement mechanics are great. They're simple and easy to get the hang of, but they allow for more challenging levels since you can't control your dash length. The controls themselves are quite nice—I appreciate that dashing and jumping are bound to the same button—but having to hold the mouse button to move the camera feels weird. Maybe it'd be better if you could move the mouse to move the camera, hold space to freeze the camera and aim, and then release space to dash? Not 100% sure if this would be better or worse, but all I know is that the current camera controls feel a bit odd. But otherwise, this game controls great.
My main three further suggestions would be (1) having a restart button so you don't have to start from the beginning if you get softlocked on the ice, (2) making the entire top of the flower bouncy, not just the center, and (3) turning the mines into solid 3D objects so their hitbox is clearer. I'd also make the mines respawn when you die; the fact that they don't right now feels like an oversight.
On a different note, I loved the audio here! The sound effects are all really satisfying, and the weird, dynamic music fits the game perfectly. The jump sound especially is really satisfying. I think the visuals are too simplistic and incohesive though, even for the game's wackier vibe. Those pixel art mines look especially out of place.
But all in all, great stuff! It's criminal how few ratings this game has.
Great game. The sound effects were a bit too much for me though. I whish there was a way to lower their volume. Being able to control the power of each spin would be nice as well.
Great game. I love how weird it is (especially the music and spinning sounds). It took me 65 spins to beat level 4 and 181 to beat level 7, but that was entirely a skill issue on my part.
Love this!
The aesthetics on this game are immaculate, i love the fever dream-ish aesthetic and the disorienting music goes perfectly with it. Also the wilhelm scream is always a beautiful addition.
The levels get hard but the controls feel snappy enough to go through them with enough patience, the one detail is mines do not respawn so the same level gets progressively easier if you lose to them
Pretty fun! Enjoy the 3D environment! I kept trying to do a strat where I use the fireballs to get on top of flowers or around obstacles, I could not pull it off but would have felt cool to pull off tech like that! Good job. Fun music too
Very serious game. I like the vibe and the sounds. The last level was tough. I struggled a bit with the first ice (I was always too fast). Enjoyed it a lot!
Good feedback when you go fast, especially thank to the sound
I love the feeling on the ice
There is no very serious stake,
One moment I did touch a flower by the edge but I didn't rebounce
Great job
Loved the game. It was very satisfying moving the spintop. I did not like the mines tho. I just spent the first minute of every level clearing out mines that was blocking my path. Otherwise, GREAT GAME! :D
A lot of fun. The fireballs gave me a headache.
