There's something wonky going on with Log 4(2) where the green and purple flippers aren't setting correctly. Like, I can set all 4 to green if I want even though I'm pretty sure they're suppose to rotate back and forth? And even when I set them (what I believe to be) is 'correctly' the green notes are hitting the green outline but not registering, so I can't finish the level.
That bug aside, I thought this was a pretty cool idea for a game! My main issue is that it basically becomes a memory game, not really a puzzle. You just have to watch the notes once and remember which colors so you can set the flippers.
I loved the logo of the game genie esque gameboy games!
Have a wonderful day and good luck in the Jam!
I won, Log 4(3) was the final level : D
Cool that you've made so many levels!
Nice idea, puzzle game! I think it has a potential for a touch screens, like to be played in a smartphones. Touch to change pipes and touch 'Execute' - would be fun and easy to play.
The concept is cool and I like it, it's kind of like a memory game where you also need to think in opposites. However the gameplay of pressing the actual notes and the (same reoccurring) music are relatively basic for a rhythm game (which are all about hitting notes to a beat), but I got the gear.
The concept is really great! But I feel the execution is not quite there yet.
I liked that it was a very refreshing take on a rhythm game. My biggest complaint was already mentioned and it's the fact that you can't preview the changing note. More than that, I think polish would do wonders, but I can understand the jam's inherent time constraints.
It took me a while to learn how to play the game (and I only did after reading the comments here), so I think a tutorial is reeeally needed, cause once you understand how to make things move, the game is actually rather fun. I also think there should be a way to preview the notes somehow, because the low point of the game is that you always need to listen to the song first, miss everything, and only then be able to program your play. But I really think you have a great idea here!
I liked, even though i didn't understand the concept at first! I think you should explain what is the pusher for!! But great job!!!
I couldn't figure out how to play the game, but I appreciated the visuals and audio!
I was a little confused at the start but them I got. Nice game. It reminded me of another jam that I did a similar game, but way worse, haha. Nice one, very cool.
At first I was confused, but now I get it! It's actually a puzzle game rather than a rythm game. And a really fun one, once you get it. I enjoyed it, would love more levels with higher difficulty. Great job!
Took me a moment to understand but it's a cool concept. Just a few notes:
Still good job!
I saw the other comments, and I figured if I waited it would start back up, but it just keeps crashing :( I really tried but the game just doesn't work for me, though it does seem like a pretty neat idea
Sorry we failed you and thanks for trying. I definitely learned some new Godot HTML5 export quirks and will do better next time
bit confusing, so i am pre programming what the pipes/pushers should be and then letting it run? At the start i was pressing the arrow keys like a rhythm game. Also at one point the restart got out of sync and the game bugged out. Like the idea if it is a pre programming kinda thing but would need to see whats coming up! maybe a pre programming section timer? and the game could pick up the pace. I like where it is going tho!
Yes, the entire game is played by clicking buttons that aren't the arrows. This being confusing and seeing ahead are the most common feedback. We'll work to address them in future versions. Thank you
for playing and the feedback
I'll hold off on rating for now, I seem to be unable to change the pipes while the level is running (but I can do it beforehand) and restarting seems to quit/crash the game instead of restart the level. Please let me know if you fix these bugs, I want my metagame cog!
Thank you for your feedback. The game had a bug causing a serious delay (like 1-> 2 minutes). We've mitigated that by reworking part of the code. Sorry for the bug
Great, I managed to play through it. :D
Clever pun with algo-rhythm, it's a good programming game. It would be nice to see ahead before executing (maybe look at the list of notes on the way or something?) but it works well for what it is!
Metagame cog 24/125
The game looked good but I had no idea what to do.
Than I found out what to do, but every time I failed, the game crashed.

I think a short tutorial at the beginning would have been really helpful. At first, I kept pressing the arrow keys, and for some reason I couldn’t switch to the red arrow, so I was a bit confused. Unfortunately, the game crashed for me starting from level 2, so I couldn’t continue. I understand the main idea of the game, and I think with a bit more polish it could become a really fun game. I also really liked the Game Boy-style intro—it was a nice touch! :)
This is a really charming entry! The main menu looks incredibly cute and welcoming, it immediately set a great mood before jumping into the game. I also absolutely loved the audio selection — the music is super cool, catchy, and fits the vibe perfectly!
The controls felt a bit tricky to wrap my head around at first, but with a little bit of post-jam balancing, this could become even better. You've got a wonderful aesthetic going on here. Huge good luck in the ratings! 🎶✨
