Destroyed what I could, it's time to start over mommy.

I believe the bar in the tornado (Spin? not sure what it represents exactly) stopped going down after a certain point.

i saved the world mommy

The gameplay was alright, it was a little unclear where you could go as the tornado because there were invisible walls everywhere. I wish the artwork of all the assets felt more cohesive, so that they existed in the same world. I probably would have displayed health and the time you had left without getting more wind in a more interesting or diegetic, so that it wasn't a health bar sitting on top of the tornado, making it a bit more immersive.

Pretty fun experience. It was fun going through the map, and felts like a 2d styled Katamari type game. The art work is also pretty gorgeous as well. I wish the volume was louder so I could hear the music and sound effects better.

I enjoyed playing your game, good job!. The music works oddly well for destroying humanity.

A few key standout moments for me while playing:

  • I couldn’t cross the water but had to go all the way around to the road across the bride, the thought of a tornado/force of nature having to follow manmade roads was ridiculous and put a smile on my face.
  • Hunting down the last house like a truly vengeful nature mommy was pretty funny.
  • The HUD moving off the screen when you go to the top or bottom caught me off guard and I thought it was pretty funny given the game theme. (For the HUD issue, make a canvas node to your world scene and add the progress bar node there. That’ll prevent it from moving around with the tornado node)

I spent about 30 seconds at the end trying to find any missing building but couldn’t find any. The game suddenly ended so not sure what caused it.

Good first try at a game jam, keep at it!

Nice first game, good work! Interesting topic, climate change is terrifying

- Damage bar goes off screen when near top - attached to player and not a UI at top of screen?

Poor humanity :(

Nice little game though with some neat touches like the way the progress bar moves out of the way when you move to the top of the screen. I like the pickups too to restore wind power and increase your movement speed

Cool concept and very fun! Its really good for your first game

That was very creative. Loved playing as a tornado. The humans had it coming. Maybe just needed a little more feedback when wrecking stuff.

Thank you for pointing out the audio, we got it fixed! Also thank you for all your kind words and good criticism, we tried to fix what we could before the bug deadline, hope it's a more enjoyable experience all around <3

No audio sadly

Definitely lacking in the audio department and the tutorial could have done more than explain the controls but decent.

Cute art. Creative and fun idea.

Could use some audio but otherwise it's a fun little game! I like the houses spinning around the tornado.

I like the idea, that's a creative take on "spin to win."
