An interesting fighting idea, very nice graphics ^^

I loved it !!!!!!!!! Very atmospheric and enticing, it feels very polished due to the graphical approach in great part!! Very good choices to deliver such a good experience in the short jam time.

Developer

Thanks, I'm really surprised with how much positive feedback this game is getting because the development process was a mess. The game's coding is pretty much the virtual equivalent of being held together with duct tape.

Very good ambiance and visuals! Well-made dithering on the buildings. Great gameplay mechanics btw. Sound was repetitive but nice, the repetitiveness adds to the ambiance but is also a bit tiring. Maybe adding some variations would help. Besides that, well put together and great concept!Very good ambiance and visuals! Well-made dithering on the buildings. Great gameplay mechanics btw. This was really interesting. I played for probably 20 minutes and somehow got stuck inside a wall :/ the art work  was very unique, gave me the creepy crawlies a little. Overall, very original!

I managed to make it to the end and defeat Sam Altman

The combat was very simple but unique and with enough variety to keep me engaged and the enemy mechs were simulatneously fascinating and terrifying. I also love how the theme of the game made its way into your decision on what tools to use during development.

This is my favorite game of the jam so far

Good to know you enjoyed it since the Godot fork I used gave me multiple issues during development... and then the Godot team themselves announced they would ban AI the same day I finished the game.

This game makes me feel things. Love it.

Bugfix (03/07/2026 - 21:55)

-Fixed an oversight in the code that caused the movement buttons to disappear if the player tried walking into a wall.

-Added an extra wall to level 2 to prevent a situation that caused an enemy encounter to start without the player facing the enemy.

First off, Great Job on implementing so many  secondary themes in such a seamless.

A very Nice entry, Great take on  turn based combat, engaging and expanded on (probably a lot more could be done with this system) .

The cognitive dissonance on clicking attack to defend and defend to attack really matched well with the vibe of the game.

Thanks for the kind words.

I agree with the combat system, at first I thought it was a complete mess but I ended up liking it. There was going to be another mechanic with it in the form on an attack that would mess with the mouse cursor's position mid-countdown, but I scrapped since I thought it would be more annoying than interesting.

Awesome take on the dungeon crawler genre with quite a unique artstyle :o

You’ve made some very cool designs from your source photos ! Also really like the overall bizarre atmosphere of the game.

To me what steels the show here is the combat system, at first when i saw the description i thought it would be absolutely chaotic and random luck based, but i was pleasantly surprised on that front, that is a very cool and inovative system, though i gotta say the enemies that use fake buttons are gonna be a nightmare for people with dyslexia :p

Pretty unique entry, well done ^^

I love it, the vibe itself does so much

What a strange game (in a good way). This game is so unsettling because of the textures and the low viewing area. I think the combat system is super unique. I like the idea of having to plan your moves in advance while being times. I ran into a few bugs (getting stuck in walls) and had to restart a couple of times, but love the idea that you had for the game! Great work

very unique. unsettling strange vibes, a totally unique battle system, a cool mysterious collagey aesthetic.  ran into a handful of bugs very quickly (not facing enemy during combat, a soft lock where i couldn't moved). some neat sound design!

Developer

Thanks for the review!

I asked the jam organizers if I could upload a fix and got their permission, both issues were more of a dumb oversight than a bug.

Love the art style! Ran into a couple bugs that stopped me from progressing with walking into walls or starting combat from the wrong angle. but it's a very creative idea, super eerie definitely my style :)

Hi, I found a small bug. When I try to go into a wall, the game freezes.

This is very evocative and unsettling! I liked the battle mechanics, which kept me on my toes. And I really liked the enemy robot designs. In each case I felt I could see some loose link between appearance and arcana. So you selected good assets for those!

La, looks stylish!
