Fahrenheit 451 reference aint no way.

This game would be more fun if played with a heart monitor attached. My anxiety was through the roof but I didn't stop not even for one second. Real fun, no notes, great job!

Developer(+1)

Right! And with the ability for Twitch chat to influence gameplay :)
Thanks for playing!

I'M STRESSED. but in a good way. very fun and i like being surrounded by competitors, that's a touch that changes the feel and intensity of the game completely. high stakes, very fun

Thank you for playing and for the jam!

For us, this game is a great achievement, and it wouldn't have happened without you

Heck yeah I won at the cost of killing my arm :) Not much I'd change here, it flowed really well and it played really well. Good job :D

Very chaotic, very serious, very fun.

Well done! :)

That was a well polished but also stressful experience. I think the soundtrack will haunt my dreams. Well done! :D

The day's come to an end, champs, and I can safely say that this game is the best one from those that I've played today!

Great job creating this, you've earned a spot in the "very serious jam best games" collection which I'm going to update every day for the whole voting period with the best game I play that day.

Keep up the great work!

Thank you so much for the kind words!

Please tell me, is your collection literally a collection on Itch? Can I see it? Maybe I've missed some underrated gems :)

Submitted(+1)

No problem, and yes, I've made an actual collection on itch.io, it's on my profile

This is.
By far.
The best and most fun jam game I played so far! I loved the chaotic battle royale spinning game that you created. It feels incredibly polished and even has a fun story. I honestly think this could be a great game release someday.

Honestly, super well done!

Thank you so much! We're currently considering whether to expand the game into something more.

I'm still worried that the game's concept is too one-time-only, but with feedback like this, my team is starting to gain more and more ground. :)

Thanks for playing!

Incredibly chaotic.

Love how frantic and time pressured everything feels, all while being overwhelmed with spinners.

Amazing vibes throughout  Great game.

I love it!

Its a good game but I feel really negatively about the spinning slower modifier. The devil is great, is he inspired by someone/something?(he reminds me of Matt Murdock)

Developer(+1)

I can't say for sure. We worked out the atmosphere and context, but the character's execution was entirely up to the creator (who also wrote the in-game text). It was likely a combination of clichés, the idea of merging a game show host with the Devil, personal charisma, and limited resources.

It’s a case where limitations actually worked to our advantage, forcing us to use a photo instead of a drawing.

Thanks for playing!

I can't... feel my arm... can I go to heaven already...?

An amazing experience from start to finish! The devil's irl pictures and simulating actual other players was an amazing idea!

Keep up the good work!

Dude. That was genuinely incredible. The style, the sarcasm, the somewhat morbid nature of the whole thing. INCREDIBLE!! Incredibly stressful and incredibly rewarding to spin the wheels and stay ahead of death's door. Awesome work dude :)

Also the guy on the screen is perfect for this. He's got that smug, evil look that you know will backstab you at some point.

Developer(+1)

I'll definitely pass on your words to this guy :) It's true, I was surprised myself how well he fit. He created half of the atmosphere. By the way, the same person was responsible for 90% of the text in the game. Thank you for playing!
