Really charming game that has perfected the trial and error formula, congrats! My only issue with this game is that the ending kinda throws everything that's happened out of the window, but plot isn't the most important part of this game and it didn't ruin the experience that much.

A really nice mixture of deduction and speed. Identifying the infected was a bit hard at first but when I got the gist of it the game was really fun and rewarding!

Thanks for checking the game out! We are aware of the dialogue problem and are doing our best to address it as quickly as possible

Important note! 

At the moment of submitting this project there are unfortunately several game breaking bugs, those being: 

- dialogue in which you prove people's lies doesn't launch and instead the game assumes that you've already won

- one of Baron's dialogue is causing the game to hardlock

We are aware of the problems and will do our best to fix them as soon as possible. If you play this game before it gets updated remember that you might not experience the whole thing.

Hey there! I saw that you updated your game and decided to give it another shot to see what changed since its release. And oh boy, you've made a really solid horror experience, congrats! Sadly I wasn't able to finish the game because for some reason the door to the basement led to an empty room which kinda broke my vision whenever I got closer to certain walls.

I was focusing on utilizing the fact that we're playing a game to boost the narrative of being an artist who's trying to make ends meet while doing your big work for a certain competition by immersively tying the mechanics around the narrative. The game unfortunately has some bugs but I'm working on them! 

Interesting take on the classic hot potato, I like it!

Amazing artstyle! The gameplay is rather simple but it does the job. I have one suggestion for improvement though: there shouldn't be identical objects in the room, or at the very least don't make them possible to be ingredients. I got a jar as an ingredient but when I tried putting it into the couldron I just couldn't grab it because, as it turned out later, the right ingredient was an identical jar on the other side of the room. Same goes for a candle which was also an ingredient for me: there are 3 candles in front of the couldron so I had to try all of them. It's not fun, all it does is transforming the joy of spotting the right object into fear of "omg, is this the one or do I have to search further for something that looks exactly the same?"

Other than that the game is good.
