That’s soooo cute! But full-screen does not work correctly:(

I really enjoyed the pull back mechanic, was quite creative!

really cool idea, pixel art is clean and the puzzles are fun, I love it !

Such a neat concept for a puzzle game to require you to keep an eye not only on your player but the trail you leave behind while moving. Nice work!

Awesome game. I think the full potential of the game comes out in the final level, which had me trying multiply times to manage all my routes and prioritize certain enemies. The way you have to monitor your hose is a mechanic I've never seen anything quite like, making this easily one of the best maze games I've played. I was disappointed that there weren't more levels... but I also think I would have liked more smaller levels instead of ramping the difficulty up by making things bigger.

The art was pretty good, very charming. Some simple and low-key music would have helped.

The enemies having random movement was a little irritating sometimes -- maybe you could toy with certain enemies having more predictable movements, and telegraphing them in some ways?

Fullscreen, my game went outside the borders.

The tutorial text on level 1 also blocked my visuals.

by god this games art is adorable i love it so much

its a very fun game too, I found it really funny to blow enemies up and see them going flying across the screen lol, and its really satisfying to take riskier moves and narrowly save myself by reeling myself in right before my hose gets broken… I do feel like it could use a small music track to go along in the back, but overall very lovely game

Really fun game, graphics are nice too! I tried level 4 at least 10 times but it was too difficult for me.

This has a very interesting mechanic, nice animation on the reel in. It'd be nice if there was some more backing music. Cool entry.

Very cute entry, If I had one feedback is that it would have been nice to have a little music for the immersion, and also mayber more juciness on the interactions, especially with the enemies !

Super super super cute game!! Love the take on the Jam's theme, the gameplay feels very smooth (even if sometime's I felt like I couldn't place the hay bales where I wanted) and the art is really well done and cohesive. For a one week development time, it feels and looks like a complete game!

Thankss!! (:

Reeling back is a really unique take on the theme, and the execution is amazing. Movement feels quick, enemies feel fair, and covering your bases with the hay bales is really fun. It does feel like placing the hay bale is a little inconsistent at times, I'm not too sure If I'm getting stuck between 2 tiles or what, but it sometimes glitches out and won't let me place. The game looks and sounds amazing, and the visuals do a great job of displaying what each enemy is capable of, and how to play around them. I also love the animation for blowing up enemies. I would love some background music or ambient sounds, but the SFX alone still leave the game sounding great.

Thank you so much! Really appreciate the feedback.

You can't place blocks while in motion thats why you sometimes can't place it, i wanted to make a placement queue system but didn't have enough time to implement it

I had a lot of fun with this one! Reeling back is oddly satisfying (especially at the end of a level), and it works well as a gameplay mechanic too. Nice visual style too!

Developer

Really glad you liked it!
