A cute pico 8 game! Took me a few tries to realize I had to align the windmill with the wind, although it seemed random as I didn't see an indicator anywhere (bottom-right one didn't seem to change unless I missed it). Wish there was more to do for a goal like a shop or so, but that could be expanded later on if you wanted! Cool game though!

fun little Pico 8 game, the art is super cute and the atmosphere works really well. Took a little time playing and reading comments to figure out how to play so yea maybe a short tutorial even if its just a block of text. Im still not sure what the money was for?
I still really liked it though, like I said the art is on point and I resonate with the renewable power themes.
I really enjoyed the vibe of the game! Really scratches that retro itch!
The graphics are really nice, especially the clarity of the wind direction via the windmill. It took me a minute to understand how to survive past day 1, but once I got it, it felt rewarding trying to find the angle the wind is at for a few days. Perhaps a scaling difficulty each day could help the game stay engaging past the first few days.
Really cute retro graphics. Would have played this on my Gameboy 30 years ago no problem. I didn't get it at all at first, then as I was spamming X on the windmill as I had no other obvious control over anything, I noticed the windmill moved at certain angles. Finding the right angle in the time available (still not sure what causes the game to end) felt tedious, but weirdly satisfying. I played for 6 days, kept checking the info screen for power generated and used to see if it made what I was meant to be doing any clearer, and then I noticed I was also generating money but didn't know why, so I wandered around to see if anything became interactable with money (does not appear to be the case). I don't know how long I'd play it if that's all it does, but very interesting for such a minimalist design.
I love seeing other PICO-8 games! This was such a cool idea! I think there's real potential for building out the wind mechanic and maybe finding some way to add more interactions/tasks into the gameplay (for example, if the windmill breaks and you need to grab a repair kit or something). Great little game though, and especially great art!
