The art is charming, first of all. Secondly, I like making the potions. It gave me a lot of control over attacking enemies. I do wish the enemies had more health-- every potion I made one shot enemies, so the only thing that I needed to consider, really, was the size of the potion. Overall, though, great game!

I liked the potion crafting mechanic, it made me nearly feel like a farmer getting all the fruit lol. Sounds would be nice though, and alot of game juice needs to be added, but for a first game its pretty simple and fun :) I'm just not entirely sure how spin to win is a part of the game though... either way, good job!

I liked it. I hope you upgrade it in the future, maybe add sounds to it.

I was very interested in how the potion making system worked. It’s pretty neat and surprisingly complex!

This is a great first game, so good job! Keep going and make more games. :)

nice game. I found it quite intuitive. My only real gripe with it is how slow it is. Common tip - always try doubling the speed and see how the game plays

Not bad at all for a first Jam!

There is a lot of potential for the game, feels like a nice twist on the vampire survivor genre. I would love to see a mini-map and maybe a small tutorial at the beginning to know what to expect. Great job with your first jam entry. Keep up the work!

i am not a dev so my input would be less than worthless (youve gotten a ton of helpful feedback from other devs that is often crucial for building up your skillset so no doubt any advice i would give has already been said) but considering this is your first jam its very impressive from a visual pov,, there is so much potential in terms of gameplay progression and expansion and i hope you continue with it because you did a great job!!!

I feel like a bit of an explanation, or even a description of controls and what to do would really make this game much more fun, it just lacked a bit of polish.

As some people already said, the game definitely needs a tutorial or at least some explanation in the description. First couple runs I didn't even realize you can move - maybe I'm just dumb, buf for some reason I thought it's a defend-the-campsite type of game where you only aim and throw the potions. It  could use some animations and sound effects or background music. The UI needs work, so does the sprite consistency - they look nice, but blend too much in some scenarios and stand out too much in other. Hard on the eyes. The game window could be bigger as well, for some reason I can't fullscreen this game and it's so tiny! Anyway the gameplay idea is very cool, but I still don't get where's the theme used. Congrats on finishing your first game jam!

The gameplay is lacking feedback and audio but considering this is your first jam, it is understandable. Getting feedbacks from other devs are gold mines as it gives you some ideas on what to improve on.
Good luck on you and your brother's game dev journey!

the Art looks good, I see this is ur first jam and congrats on that and i am really happy for you
and my feedback are
1. A tutorial would be nice to have, i guess for now add instruction in the itch page
2. as you said you had big idea, i would recommend keep one or 2 main mechanics and build on top of it (ill be honest i did do this same exact thing for this jam and i dint able to implement everything lol 😭)

and once again this is really good keep it up and join plenty of game jams.

Fun little game!

I do wanna point out though that the game window is very small and the full screen button doesn't seem to be working. You can increase the display size in the edit page!
