i did unfortunately speedrun the game by immediately using [spoilers, but info from the exposition] in the itchio page, thinking it was the first clue i should use, might be nice to either not put that on there, or make it not allowed to be the first thing you do. i did retry to do all the other puzzles after (in hopes of getting a good ending haha) and they were really fun! i liked the use of the dog image especially, nice touch. overall a good time, great atmosphere.

thank you for trying out my game!, yes the info from the exposition is meant to be used for the game, so you actually played it correctly, im glad you liked it. now that you say it making a couple different ending is actually an amazing idea and i dont know how i didnt think about it XD

The game is pretty hard for me since I'm not used to puzzle games.
In the search results, the detail text is very small and hard to read.
When I type something and press the small enter key on the right, it unfocuses the text box instead of submitting the input, which is a bit confusing.

The investigative atmosphere in this game is incredibly well done.

yeah some of these bugs are due to issues with the way my custom mouse interacts with the unity ui system, its my first time working with it so i was unable to fix such things, i do hope you enjoyed it :)

*important* in the game page there is a guide if you get stuck, also, you log into "guest" with the password "1421"

I can't log in. Is that already part of the puzzle? Because I don't get it.

You log in by inputting the given password that was in the itch page, it is 1421 (put this in the guest user)
